Warning ⚠️ BEWARE OF THE MANAGER. The manager of this hotel doesn’t even have basic human etiquette. The view, the hygiene ad the food; everything sucks here. Trust me, the staff and manager would try their best to spoil your trip. They’re pathetic! They don’t even have basic humanity left in themselves, I mean, asking for a blanket and hot water in the chilly month of December in Gangtok, is that too much to ask for? I tolerated everything, but this is where you people lost your respect. I literally feel like abusing you!

One of the budget friendly hotel in Gangtok city. Its just 2 min away from main market gangtok. Mostly visitors are govt employee who visited here. Dinner facility available here but you need to inform in advance. This hotel is not visible from road as it is in a narrow street. Rooms are comfortable. Room service was great but it offers no views. But the only advantage is its price and situated right in the main market from where you can travel anywhere

The hotel rooms are fine but the manager Akash neopany is an arrogant Guy who thinks highly of himself and has a more than healthy dose of self confidence. The man doesn't believe in customer satisfaction. He thinks that now that the customer has paid he holds no importance to him. During my stay at the hotel there were 5 families and no one was content with him , content being too far people didn't want to confront him because of his horrendous attitude. I have travelled a lot been to many places but never have I seen such a hostile individual who thinks So lowly of the customer , what he's doing unknowingly is not only tarnishing his hotel's image ( which he doesn't give a damn about) but also the image of Sikkim and people of Sikkim. In India we believe in atiithi Devo Bhava This guy believes in ''atiithi Ko bhaga " I would have given this hotel negative stars but unfortunately or fortunately Google doessnt allow that. The staff also has a laid back attitude In short. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE .!!

This is for the Lachen branch of the hotel, not Gangtok - I am assuming it's a branch because there's unlikely to be such an obvious misspelling on two occasions. ||||Well, Lachen being just a base for the high-altitude Gurudongmar Lake, it's not anything more than a halt. It's not pretty as, say, Lachung. But the conditions can be extreme and one needs to start for Gurudongmar at 3-4 am, because the weather up there changes in the afternoon and the Army, which manages everything near the border, likes to keep the tourism to the early part of the day.||||Given the limitations, it's a lovely stay. No view, but newly-made rooms, good food (mostly veg), great service at the correct time (even 2.30 am!) and no-nonsense dealings. Great value for money.

Fantastic Hotel. Its just about 200 meters away from Mall Road aka M G Marg opp to Denzong Cinema.It's been little in the interior but once you come inside then you forget the outside world. Nice aesthetics and good Hospitality. Food menue Changes every day. Owner Mr Akash stays with his family in the same Hotel so its very safe for women group and Single travellers. We have been a group of 56 people and we had booked entire Hotel for 3 nights and 3 days from 9th Sept till 11th Sept 2018. The hotel Arranged for our local sight seeing for two days and Third day we all went to Nathula. All our food, accomodation and transportation worries were handled well by Mr Akash Neopany, the Manager. Good Property. Good Food. Good people !!!

The location is near my market area , apart from that faced issue of water sometimes bathrooms needs to be maintained properly ,rooms were really good and comfortable. Good to go if you are with family and friends .

The address provided is wrong. It is in Lachen, North Sikkim.||The service was excellent. The rooms were decent given its remote location. It had basic facilities like room heater, geyser, warm quilts.||The food served tasted fresh.

The manager is so rude that he brutally argues with all guests. In complimentary breakfast they will give you only 3 dry pieces of bread or 1 aloo parantha with watered curd.
