Jain Group | Hotel Royal Residency |

Hotel's location is the only thing good about it. Its walking distance from MG Marg. However there's no room service and the WIFI is available in the lobby space only. They won't do anything to make it available inside the rooms. The man in the reception was rude and arrogant. The room was ok. Not recommended.

As the name of the hotel suggests, the hotel has a royal ambiance. We had booked a family room. The room was spacious with mountain view. In fact, it was a suite room and the room rent was quite reasonable. I got to know that the Jain group runs a number of hotels in Gangtok itself, besides other hotels in other parts of Sikkim. I shall strongly the name of Jain group of hotels for tour in Sikkim.

JAIN GROUP HOTEL ROYAL RESIDENCY The rooms of this hotel were very good, The bathrooms were very clean, The service boy of the hotel was very responsive, Among them, the employee named Dinesh Kumar singh was very good responsive & helpful person. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Gangtok again.

I recently stayed at Jain Group Hotel Royal Residency and was disappointed with the overall experience. Basic hygiene was lacking, as the rooms and bathrooms had insects and spiders. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the rooms had an unpleasant smell that persisted throughout my stay. These issues significantly detracted from what could have been a pleasant visit. The hotel needs to address these concerns promptly to improve guest satisfaction. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Extremely Satisfied the room we got. Neat and clean. Superb view. The day we left the hotel we felt like we are leaving our home with full of emotions. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We got the room service always on time whenever we asked.

We got view room but the quality of the room was not that good .. service is excellent and it is located on MG Marg.. if anyone want can go for it .

Hotel in prime location and rooms are old school, but the view of scenic city makes you feel better. Hotel restaurant is amazing and the quality of food is great. Very close to MG marg
