Hotel White Mountain

This is the most worst experience I ever had , the water services is not available for 19 hours , i was not able to take a shower or not be able to fresh . The hotel staffs are very bad they are not helpful . This is the horrible experience for me , I was thought that I was in a sahara desert . If any people looking for this hotel , I am suggesting you to go to the roadside , because there was also a light or water .

My recent stay at [Hotel Name] left much to be desired. Despite the promising exterior and welcoming staff, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, the quality of the food was subpar. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the meals lacked flavor and freshness. Options seemed limited, and even basic dishes failed to impress. Moreover, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. There was a persistent odor emanating from the facilities, which made the entire room uncomfortable to be in. Despite attempts to address the issue, the smell persisted throughout my stay. While the staff were polite and accommodating, the issues with the food and bathroom overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay. I hope that management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the overall experience for future guests.

Pathetic customer service. Toilet was dirty during check-in and the hotel staffs refused to arrange for cleaning stating staffs are not available. Room is completely unhygienic. We were forced to checkout immediately. Don't trust the pics in the gallary they are actually the opposite in reality. Staffs were raising their voice when asked for refund. Think twice before booking.
