Hotel Pineridge

The best thing is this hotel situated just beside MG marg, Gangtok. Bengali food and AD meals are also available. But the room is bit little, which is manageable.

The only upside of this hotel is it's location. It is located near the mg Marg and it takes almost 3 minutes to reach the hotel from mg Marg and new market road on foot. There's no uphill or downhill road. But the rooms are a bit dingy because there's no window. Water supply is not enough. Food is not that great either. But the behaviour of the owner is nice enough. And we went on first week of March in 2024 and paid 900 RS per day as tarriff, which is quite cheap considering how gangtok is and the hotel is very easy to reach for people with arthritis and all.

Location is good and owner and staff also very good and food also good but But room cleanliness is not good. Otherwise all ohk🙂🙂

Very bad experience in this hotel,the owner (lady) behaviour is very very bad,she was too much bad. She argue on normal talk. Washroom was smelling too much. And service is also poor. Only location is good.. Do not stay here. You can get much better in this price.

Mg marg market ,lal market , ropeway,all the medicine shop,gift shops,food shops are very close.the location is very good for all reasons.the gangtok snt bus stand is very close to this hotel.taxies are available all time.travel engency are available.food also available

This is one of the best located Hotel in Darjeeling with worst Management.. This is a Heritage property but very badly maintained..room is not cleaned and bed, bed sheet also not cleaned.. hope management will improve the situation and travellers can enjoy their stay in this heritage building..

Very much disappointed about the Manager's behaviour. He is too much rude. They were charged 1800 per double bed room but as per the room quality it is not acceptable at all. There is no room service facilities not even water. I will suggest never stay here if you stay here your money and mind will be definately spolied. They are only earning money without giving proper services. If you asking them for drinking water they will bring it from Bathroom, most horrible experience. There is no aquagard facilities. You have to buy drinking water from outside of the hotel. Requesting all of you to Never never never stay here. It's a below one star rating but I don't have any option for below one star rating. 😡😡😡
