A spacious and comfortable room (number 301) with a large window, offering a serene and peaceful environment just a short walk from the main market and local taxi stand. However, there is a flight of stairs to reach the reception and rooms. The owner is incredibly helpful, offering valuable sightseeing suggestions and arranging our transportation. As we missed the complimentary breakfast on both days, he graciously provided a complimentary dinner instead. Overall, a very good stay at this price point. Service is decent but don't expect five star hotel experience. Highly recommended!"

Lovely rooms, lovely and very friendly staff.. Location wise its just 250 mtrs from main road MG road Gangtok.. We stayed here for 2 days and enjoyed the stay. You will love the stay and never be disappointed.. Stay recommended! Only drawback is the complimentary breakfast could be better with options. Right now they serve only one option which one may like or may not.. We did not like breakfast on both the days as food and taste was average. Could rate it 2.5/5.

Located within walking distance of MG Marg, this place offers clean and spacious rooms. The manager, Mr. Prabir, is exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to arrange a cab for our journey from Gangtok to NJP at a rate lower than the market standard.

Before I start, let me mention it is a budget hotel and the overall star rating might be very subjective. Let me start with good things first, Mr. Tenzin was very kind, polite and helpful in every way he can. Even the manager, Mr. Pranbir Das was very helpful too. We initially had a 1 night stay planned but since my husband got sick we extended the stay by 1 more night. Mr. Das was kind enough to get khichdi prepared for my husband which I guess was out of the menu too. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to MG road, ropeway, view point, that is again a plus point. Rooms were very basic but clean. Now let me talk about some points you should be aware and consider while booking the rooms: - The hotel reception is on first floor and rooms are even above that and there is no lift, so you need to climb up all the way if that is a problem for anyone. - Like most of the hotel rooms in Gangtok, even this does not have fan. Since the weather is getting warmer it might get a little inconvenient. - The room I stayed in was literally packed between 2 buildings, hence we had to open windows since there was no fan and I was feeling suffocated. - Since the rooms are so closeby, it can get very noisy, infact our last night we couldn't sleep at all till 1 AM as the boys from some room were shouting and partying the entire night, unfortunately we had to leave for airport early morning. We even came down till reception at 12am but couldn't find anyone for help. - Bread omlet was the only breakfast option which was offered to us. - One thing which I felt was, apart from Mr. Tenzin and Mr. Das, whatever you ask the other reception staff, his first answer would somehow be a no. - Sometimes when a stay ends on a disappointing note, it leaves a memory. In the final bill, 1 water bottle was missed to be added by them. We gave Rs 200/- just as a tip while leaving, still one of the staff kept calling us on our way back to Airport for the water bottle amount. It felt really strange and not a very good etiquette to do that to a guest. Though, I am really thankful to Mr. Tenzin for always being on toes for any help with a smile on his face. He is very proactive and if you have any trouble in the hotel, you should feel free to reach out to him and I am sure he will resolve it for you.

This hotel is the perfect stay for travellers on a budget! The rooms are so affordable for what you get, the rooms are a good size and clean, beds are comfy, wifi is fast, and the staff are very helpful. Free breakfast is also included in the price! The location is super close to MG Road, with lots of good restaurants and nice coffee shops close by. Would highly recommend for a good stay in Gangtok!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is close to MG Mark. The owner of this hotel is very much caring to his customers. We like his behaviour and hospitality. He even helped us to plan our trip in different places of Sikkim with his resources. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are pretty clean, well furnished and decent in size. The staff. Staffs of this hotel are also well mannered. We would love to recommend and visit this hotel again.
