My recent stay at Hotel Arcadian was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I entered the hotel, I was immediately struck by the stylish and contemporary design. The room itself was exceptional—spacious, quiet, and meticulously clean. The room also had all the modern amenities I could ask for, including a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and an ergonomic workspace, which was perfect for catching up on emails. What truly set Hotel Arcadian apart, however, was its attention to guest comfort. The hotel’s location is perfect—central enough to be convenient, yet tucked away from the bustle of the city, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The hotel's wellness center was a nice touch too, offering a relaxing spa and fitness facilities, which I enjoyed during my stay. The dining experience at the hotel was equally impressive. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also had dinner at the on-site restaurant, where the food was flavorful and beautifully presented, complemented by excellent service. Overall, Hotel Arcadian offers a balanced mix of modern luxury, outstanding service, and a prime location. It’s clear that the management takes great pride in providing an elevated guest experience. I recently stayed at a hotel Arcadian located conveniently in the main market area, and it was an excellent choice. The location made commuting extremely easy, with taxis and other transport options readily available just outside. This was a huge plus for exploring the city without any hassle. The stay itself was delightful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing experience. What stood out most was the hospitality—staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was another highlight of the stay. Each meal was flavorful and served with great care, adding to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with great amenities and exceptional service, I would highly recommend this one. It truly made my trip memorable!

The hotel is perfect in almost every aspect. It was one of the highlights of my vacation. The staff is well mannered, kind and very helpful. The hospitality and comfort made me feel at home, and I was able to make the best of my trip. I have stayed at various other hotels in Gangtok, but I think this is the best. I strongly recommend it.

Worst service ever….. Manager is very very arrogant We have been there on family trip (6 members ) on 11th May 2025 through a travel agent in which they given us complimentary breakfast & dinner. At the hotel they provided limited qty of food on 11th night of there choice when asked for more the manger says it’s not available the same issue on 12 th night also though we have requested him 3 hrs prior to dinner that to provide sufficient food. My kids were starving so we had go out and had dinner somewhere else. When I was complaining about this issue to the travel agency infornt of him, he said that it doesn’t make any difference .

Best location, luxurious room with all facilities. Budget friendly room. If you book room offline, you will not get breakfast ,lunch, dinner. Food facility is only for those who book rooms online with food. Rest everything is good . 👍

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right near MG Marg, the heart of the town. It made exploring the area so convenient, with all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away.
