Our stay at Yangthang Heritage from 19th to 21st February was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel truly embodies the essence of heritage, blending traditional elegance with modern comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made our experience unforgettable. The rooms offered breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga and the best panoramic view of Gangtok city, making every morning a delight. The ambience of the hotel is serene and rich in cultural charm, enhancing the overall stay. The food deserves a special mention—it was not only delicious but also of top-notch quality, adding to the comfort of our stay. One of the most remarkable aspects of our experience was the kindness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. Due to a payment issue, our booking was made twice, but despite their strict no-cancellation policy, the administration generously canceled one of the bookings without any hassle. This level of understanding and customer care is truly commendable. A moment that stood out was on our anniversary midnight when, upon my wife's request, the staff arranged for a cake at exactly 11:59 PM. Considering the freezing cold, this thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special. Such dedication to guest satisfaction speaks volumes about the hospitality of Yangthang Heritage. The hotel's stunning views, impeccable service, and warm hospitality make it an ideal stay in Gangtok. Highly recommended for those seeking a blend of heritage, comfort, and exceptional service.

This hotel provided a truly exceptional and comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly co-operative and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist with any request. What truly stood out was the personalized service provided by Mr. Kalyan&neta the restaurant manager. He took the time to understand individual guest preferences and relayed those details to the chef, ensuring a delightful and tailored dining experience. The overall atmosphere made me feel right at home, a testament to the warm and welcoming environment created by the hotel staff. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally well-designed, effectively minimizing outside noise and contributing to a peaceful and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable, personalized, and quiet accommodation.

The resort is at prime location in the city of Gangtok near MG Marg. The entire staff is cooperative and make you feel at home. Rooms are of big size with view of majestic Himalayas. The restaurant is awesome. They serve high quality tasty meals. The restaurant manager Kalyan and his entire staff provide you a very good service. If I have to visit Sikkim again, I will prefer staying in this resort.

This is a beautiful hotel located about a 10-minute walk from MG Marg. The walk does require good stamina, as the hotel is situated uphill. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommended, had a pleasant stay. Down to earth support team. Good IN room dining experience. One of the best hotels in Gangtok. Good view from our room. Especially weather was superb during our stay. Special thanks to the chef who did a great job in the backend. All the staff are very helpful and supportive.

Had a wonderful stay here with my family. Location is perfect, right near MG Marg, and the views of the Himalayas, K2 from the rooms are simply breathtaking. Staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and everything from the food to the room amenities was spot on. Definitely a place I’d love to return to next time!

wonderful experience. worth every penny. excellent hospitality. hotel staffs are very helpful. room with great Kanchenjunga view. neat and clean room with every amenities in functional condition. food is also good and restaurant service is on point. hope to vist again.
