All about this place is AWFUL!!! It's better to stay on the street rather than staying in this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the foods are bad and everytime you will get cold food.. Stairs are never ending long.. it feels like you are walking on the hills. The most important thing is all the staffs will be drunk after 8pm. After we complain about these things.. next day we got 6 cups of tea with onion slices on 2 of the cups. UPDATE - 24hrs after the update.. Today the manager asked for extra money for the dinner and when we questioned about it "as we were getting it in the hotel package for the past 2days" he asked us to leave the hotel.. it's about 9:50pm we just walked in to another hotel.

The upper rooms are the best. Very clean and tidy.The behavior of the staff there is also very good.But the food quality is not very good.But like continuing in hilly areas. To be honest, the staff and manager there is a very nice person. but Only thing is very bad we booked Hotel Prestige but we were sent to this hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with family. It is very close to the main M.G. Marg so the travel was convenient. Also really enjoyed the scenic view of the mountain ranges from the balcony. Would highly recommend.

Worst stay ever. If you are Bengali this hotel is for you. as per my booking I was eligible for complimentary breakfast during my stay for 3 pax. 1.the hotel manger or incharge mr.mohit is denied for the service of breakfast and asking for extra pay for the same or go out and eat 2. there is no tv in the room, asked for it said dont have technician. 3. no water supply due to electricity cut for 2days. 4. from experience, these hotel only likes or caters to bengali guests. 5. oyo, don't take online booking if can't fullfill basic services.

Price is reasonable but lot can be improved. Bed cushions, waiting time for hot water after switching on the geyser. Rooms are too small. There is power cut at times in the evening. The view from terrace is also posted. Mr Paul (receptionist during day time) is a very cordial and humble person. Very helpful.

Cheap hotel but bit far from M G Marg, rooms are small and not clean. Food is ok ok not that costly and not that tasty. Biggest advantage is the view, you will get good view of kanchenjanga from terrace and balcony. Ask for the balcony rooms they are bit large have great view.

Worst oyo room ever i got. I will suggest never to book and stay in this Hotel as they just lie in everything in service.very dirty room and nothing provided as towel ans amenities.

Nice hotel room and I will again stay in this hotel.. The behavior of the hotel staff is very good and polite and the manager also.. Food quality is very good and the room rent is not so high.. I think this a best hotel.
