We stayed in Tashi palace, Gangtok from 30.5.24 to 2.5.24.|After being harassed by our tour operator at the late hour of night we were searching for a good hotel and we got this hotel in Indira bypass road of Gangtok. We were total 9 persons including two senior citizens and one toddler. The people of the hotel starting from Ujjawal, Sagar, other officials and the head of kitchen, attendants, housekeepers were so cordial and took care of us by providing delicious food at the odd hour. So basically we forgot our pain and enjoyed our stay at Gangtok. They arranged transport and permit for us and we visited all places of Gangtok including Nathula pass. During my stay I observed that, they never hesitate to provide cooked food in late night to any guest.|Rooms and toilets are clean and provided with body wash and shampoo dispenser. So I will recommend people who want to make their Gangtok stay comfortable should book this place.|Only one defect what I noticed that they didn’t have intercom. They made all arrangements for that but it was not connected. Possibly in this month they will provide that too. Thanks to all the members of Tashi palace and I wish you will expand your chain in different tourist places.

It Was a Wonderful Stay. Stayed For 3 Nights. Rooms Are Well Maintained By Staff. Daily Cleaning Of Resturant And Other Cleaning Done By Staff. As a Hotelier I Just Amazed That With That Minimum Staff They Are Just Amazing With The Services. I Recommend Everyone To Visit This Place. Quite Comfortable And Amazing Service. Thank You SAGAR, SWAPAN, MUNNA For All That You Have Done For Us. THANK YOY FROM OUR WHOLE FAMILY

nice hotel, view is excellent from room, staff are very helpful. food and service is also good. i recommend my friends to stay at this hotel for taken the star category service. the bathtub room is also nice for the newly married couple. best of luck for all the staff and management.

Extremely wonderful experience. Top notch hospitality from the management and stuffs. Rooms are excellent and aesthetic as it's a new property.😍 Housekeeping available. They also arrange special occasions exotically. Food was also great. Beautiful experience overall.🥰

1> Pure vegetarian Hotel. Food quality is good. 2> Room and furniture conditions are good. Like 2.5 star. 3> Technical maintenance issues are there. 4> There are few rooms with good view window. But they are Super Delux, and expensive. 5> Please note that the good view rooms are not guaranteed even if you book Super Delux! 6> We didn't feel value for money.

Spacious family suites with impressive interiors & furniture having hill side view. Delicious food similar to home cooked. Humble, polite & very helpful staff. However strength of house keeping or other staff members is very less therefore service is not prompt. Power backup arrangement is very poor. On the night of check-in power supply snapped & could not be restored until afternoon next day. Intercom line remained affected for the entire stay period after power failure & had to rush down to reception for every minute need. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Insects or flies creep inside room. Overall experience not satisfactory.
