Not to mention the hotel was well maintained everything was neat and clean . I liked the room service very much and also got a wonderful veiw of the Kangchenjunga from the balcony . The fooding was awesome, everything was good and fresh served the room service was quite wall and not to mention the snack was mouth watering . The rooms were well maintained as I had mentioned before and the whole of the room was neatly carpetted with a thick carpet . All the people were friendly and listen to all our problems. I totally recomend staying in this hotel if someone wants a good veiw of the Kangchenjunga.

Very friendly and hospitable service. One can enjoy a great view of Mt.Kanchenjonga from this hotel.Over all a very satisfactory experience.

Most pathetic room and services, arrogent behaviour of staff. No clean towel, bedsheet provided. Dirty bathroom. No room service. No lift. Please avoid this hotel

Fijn hotel waar we zeer welkom ontvangen werden. De kamer was simpel, maar biedt een mooi uitzicht (hadden we jammer genoeg niet door de wolken). Het personeel is de beste reden om hierheen te gaan, ze waren erg aardig, kookten lekker en hielpen ons met al onze vragen.

Nice hotel where we were made very welcome. The room was simple, but offered a nice view (unfortunately we were unable to get through the clouds). The staff is the best reason to go here, they were very nice, cooked delicious and helped us with all our questions.

খুব ভালো লাগলো এই হোটেলের পরিবেশ।এদের ব্যবহার ও অত্যন্ত ভালো।খাবার দাবারের মান ও ঠিকঠাক।সবসময় গরমখাবার পেয়েছি। সবথেকে বড়ও পাওনা এর ব্যালকনি থেকে কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘা টা পুরোপুরি দেখা যাচ্ছে।

The atmosphere of this hotel is very good. Their behavior is also very good. The quality of the food is also good. I always got hot food. The Kanchenjunga is fully visible from the balcony of the biggest one.
