Unexplored Sikkim De Regency

I stayed at this hotel with my wife from 14-17th May 2024. We had a horrible experience. The hotel is seriously understaffed, no room service, they didn't provide generator backup during daytime, only provided 1 bucket of cold water and also didn't provide breakfast after taking order from us. After checking out from the hotel, we noticed that they've cancelled the booking from the app themselves so that we won't be able to post reviews there and this is definitely not a 3-star hotel. Please don't stay there....there are plenty of other hotels at that location with good view and amenities.

Beautiful views of the mountains with large windows and two seats. Bed is comfortable enough and there is plenty of blankets to stay warm as was little chilly even in summer. Desk staff were not welcoming. Location is good to Pelling and I’d stay again.

Our experience was very pathetic. No cleanliness. Used bed sheets and towels were given. No water for more than 3 hours. Food was not up to the mark. House keeping service was not good as well. Blankets were very dirty. We felt cheated and no one should come here. We were supposed to stay here for 2 days but checked out the very first day.

Very bad service.... After one day I checked out.... Lights gone after each 30min or 1hr. No wifi service. They didn't provide breakfast. Really a worst experience. But the rooms are very good and specious.

Centre of the city, Rooms are OK, as per the manager property is under renovation. Very poor staff as there is non availability of person. NO cook was available of staff, big issue of Electricity and water svarcity

Stayed there for 2 nights. Excellent view of Kanchenjunga from the rooms. Clean bathroom with geyser. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. You can literally feel they were made from locally procured organic vegetables. Heater cost will be extra just like majority of the other hotels nearby. The staffs were very courteous. Looking forward to staying again.

very beautiful rooms and views are awesome from window. you can see mount kanchanjanga very clearly. special mention about food its amazing. breakfast provided is good. hospitality is also good no complains there.

We ,the family my wife and my son stayed here for 2 night s . The arrangement for our tour at Pelling was well organized by them. The Manager , NATUN BHAI , & other stuffs of the hotel were very much cordial. They never let us thought that we were out of our home. The Hotel room is capacious. The beauty of the Kanchenzanga is mesmerized from the room. The memory of staying here could not have been forgotten.
