OYO 29527 Snow Valley Resort

This is such a nice place to spend your vacation. The place at the top of the hill from where the entire range of Kanchenjunga is visible. In the front there is a helipad and if you are a mountain lover, you would not be able to take your eyes off of the views that you get. It's a quiet place, away from all the din and bustle. The hotel in itself is beautiful. The staffs are so nice they made our stay even more pleasant. The food is amazing and overall it will give you a homely feeling. The amenities are good. Thank you for making my visit so memorable.

I'm really glad to writing this review to compliment your hotel staff for their wonder service. Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay at your hotel. I was there for two nights three days with my family and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the Pandemic COVID situation. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so homely. I would also like to compliment your cooking staff for the food. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their job. I would really like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience.

Dear hotel, don't display wrong photos in the internet, you are providing rooms which does not matches with the actual rooms. If the sky is clear, you may enjoy the view of mt. Kanchanjunga. room quality is very poor. Dirty curtains, non maintained storage place, toilet, damp room. Dinning area / table cloth is not clean enough. Except manager, staffs behavior is good.

The hotel is basic in terms of budget, but the service is very good. Very courteous and polite staff. Enjoyed the stay. It is at hill top so the Kanchenjunga view from here is beautiful and so it the sunrise. You can book the rooftop room to wake to the view of Kanchejunga from ur bed.

We stayed here for one night 1st Feb 2022. This property is located conveniently just on the helipad ground of upper pelling. So in a clear sunny day one can witness the magnificent view of Mt. Kanchenjungha range from the window of the room. The room provided to us was clean and spacious too. The bathroom was large and it was perfectly neat and clean. We have taken their per head per day policy including all meals. They cooked delicious dishes for us. In lunch we enjoyed proper Bengali thali including Posto and fish curry. In the evening they served us chicken pakoda along with tea. Dinner was also good including chicken kasha, dal, alu vaja, chutney, papad. The behavior of the bengali manager was very friendly. I will surely visit again.

Nice place to stay and enjoy the view. The staff took the best care of us and made our stay pleasant. The food was delicious with reasonable prices. Quiet and easy to reach area Thank you

Pathetic room condition. Food is also costly and not good. The curtains are never washed and are full with stains. The carpet is dirty and full of dirty spots. Unhygienic!!! Also during these times of pandemic they never take care of hygiene. The kitchen is filthy and unorganised. Please avoid staying here. I took a room for one single day and left feeling disgusted.

Before booking this hotel by yourself or through any tour agent think twice.Don't be happy with the photos displayed in the internet.When you will check in the hotel, you will find that room's situation differ with the pics. Damp room, non maintained toilet, almirah with bad smell, blankets are not in good situation.Most imp is very rude behaviour of the manager. Food is okay
