It is a beautiful hotel. It is situated in upper pelling that's why the view of kanchangungga is very beautiful. Items, quality of food in breakfast, Lunch , Dinner is delicious. Last of all , the behaviour of Mr. Goutam Gayen, manager of Ace Pine Velley , is very good. Thanking you,

Very nice experience here. This is the 2nd time we visited the same hotel on May 6th, This time we also got wonderful hospitality like before. Manager Goutam da is a very nice person. He always has a smile on his face & cares for everyone from the front. Other staff are also good. The homely atmosphere you will get here. The food was very tasty. The behaviour of all is memorable. The location also is very good, very peaceful. I will highly recommend all to visit here & have the experience of staying. Thank you 😊

Location is good. Rooms were clean and huge. only drawback is the service of the hotel. The staffs are not trained enough to provide service to the customers. we reached hotel and kept waiting for around 15 20 min somebody to meet us. its December and they were not willing to give us Room Heater. after lot of arguments provided us with one. diner was served cold. Breakfast was not served on time even after repeated reminders they served breakfast 1hr late. no body was in the kitchen. manager was either confused with lot of guest or willingly not offering service, location is good. can vie Kanchenjunga from room.

I just love it! The property of the homestay just awesome. You can call it budget friendly homestay in Pelling. The pine forest in opposite of the homestay just feels you so nice and also green scenario refresh your mind and body. I very much recommended this homestay because of the manager of the homestay. The manager and his wife both are doing job here and handle the customers very well. They are really good. They welcome you very well. If you spend most of the time in the homestay you will talk to them they are polite and helpfull. I think if I visit this homestay in pelling again.

Don't know about the owner of the hotel. But the Manager was good and other services were good too. The location of the hotel is awesome one side mountain range views and on the other facing side lovely pine trees. The rooms were neat and tidy clean. The food quality is very very good and the tea is awesome. Though we visited when it was a rainy weather but we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great expression with this hotel.. Both of the hotel care taker - gautam da & with wife was very good.. His behavior and care to us was great.. Room was also good like economy.. Thanks to all
