HOTEL PACHU RESIDENCY

The rooms have basic amenities (obviously) and the food and service as quite nice. However the room we were in was quite damp. However, the view we got of Kanchenjunga was breathtaking, so points for good location. Owner was also quite friendly.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Homely foods are available in affordable price, one can get clear view of Kanchenjunga from few specified rooms of this hotel. Mr. Prantik Babu & Mr Rakesh Babu were very helpful to make our tour successful.

We two family stayed here at top floor for 2 days. Pros: we can see kanchanjunga from our room. Cons: rooms are very bad, will not get 24/7 hot water, mager try to fool you that u will get it. No water catle, Rooms are not clean, room size is small. We book through some YouTube video but in reality that are fake only. No star for this hotel,

This hotel is placed at a prime location exactly on Pelling more. Rooms are ok. They have all the basic required amenities with geyser service. Service is good and staff behaviour is well mannered and polite. The things which I DISLIKED about the hotel are : 1. They SWITCH OFF the electricity for some rooms intentionally from their electricity room. We faced the same problem. Once we checked that other rooms had electricity and confronted the staff multiple times around 5:30 AM in the morning, they had to switch back on the power supply. We faced this one day only. If you are unlucky you may face the same. 2. They have very costly hotel food. They will charge a whopping 60/- per extra plate of rice in a thali meal whereas there shouldn't be any charge for rice in a thali meal. Otherwise, the hotel is fine. The location is highly appealing.

One of the best experiences of hotel stay at Pelling, Sikkim. Specially the delicious food and hospitality they had to offer at such a low cost was an amazing experience for me. The beauty of Kanchenjunga peaks, the tasty garam Chai, the food, the stay and a lot they offered was just perfect! Definitely worth booking.

Many times we visited but this time is very special thanks to Rakesh,Ankita,Samrat,dheeraj and Arjun all of you are true example of humbleness and care ,Daily food was outstanding Bengali food was bucket list,we felt home away from home 🏡. based on my experience I personally recommend travelers to visit here experience thier memorable hospitality.
