I recommend installing a built-in heater, as the room was quite chilly. Additionally, the TV was unusable since the dish cable was not in service, leaving no entertainment options. On a positive note, The lady manager was exceptionally polite and helpful. Lots of love ♥️ to her, and wishing growth for the hotel!

The hotel was simply amazing. The view from the hotel of the mighty Kanchenjunga was simply breathtaking. The lady hotel owner welcomed us warmly and other hotel staffs like Krishna were also very helpful. The hotel was well furnished and everyone was very friendly. We hope to visit this serene paradise once again

A nice stay in Middle Pelling with awesome kanchenjunga view from the balcony. Got a big room with luxury facilities, the geyser was inactive for that particular time but compensated that with hot water supply. The food is okay, I must not say it great. The service is also okay though they need some extra staffs as far as we experienced. The manager Varsha, a smart lady tried her best to fulfill our needs and she is a well-behaved lady. The view we got from here was really awesome and that made us very happy. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a nice, cosy stay.

The service renderd by the hotel staff is worst. Frequently water supply was stopped. The amenities within the room were very poorly maintained. The TV set, telephone etc were not working. In the room there was no glass or water bottle to drink water. Food was of poor quality and the staff were reluctant to provide adequate of any food. We remained hungry even after taking dinner or lunch or breakfast. The bedding materials were not properly cleaned. This is worst quality of hotel I have ever seen.

It was pleasant staying at pelling inn HOTEL SIKKIM HERITAGE. Whole staff and ambience made me feel at home also food was great… would love to come back and explore more, the whole experience of staying at this hotel is mind blowing. Thanks Daniyal Even I want to say that the manager of the hotel is too cute can’t say infront of her but here i said😅 sorry but you are cute Hope so again we meet☺️

Mind-blowing experience with spacious well furnished rooms, feel homely atmosphere with well mannered and always ready to help staffs. Food quality is awesome. Bonus is "Sleeping Buddha's" view from rooms or balcony. Highly recommended.

I came here to Pelling for the first time and the hotel is beyond amazing. The interior is very cute and the service is very good. I am very glad that I visited this place. Most importantly I am a senior citizen and the owner is quite young, starting his own venture. His politeness and attitude and the way he treated me as his own has won my heart over. And also you can have a great view of Kanchanjanga right from the room. The food is also great. The rooms are very clean. I recommend everyone this place.🥰🥰🥰
