We had a pleasant stay in this hotel one night. Room are very good and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and ensure that everything is available for the guests. They even prepared breakfast early on our request for our travel. Hotel stuff was very helpful too.

Not good , I will not suggest this hotel to anyone. I traveled with my baby here but we did not get room with view as promised. Premium room is also not that quality. Firstly they are providing very low quality room after arguments they provided different room which was also not having view.2 nd day room was good but charger socket was burnt because of that my I phone charger got damaged. Staff is good. Please make sure if you are going through package all the requirements are clear.

During my stay at Hotel Rufina Palm Bliss in Pelling, I found the room to be decent and the location convenient. However, I was disappointed by the amenities and services, which I felt were just okay. The staff's responsiveness was lacking, as they seemed to expect tips before providing the service. Additionally, when we requested assistance, we were often met with responses like "no" due to the staff member claiming to be the only one responsible for both serving and maintenance. Despite these shortcomings, I believe there is room for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, my stay was below average.

Room size was not sufficient for three people. Service was not good and also the food quality was average. Staff was very less so there was delay in everything. Only thing which I liked was the view from balcony in the morning. You clearly get to see the peak of Mt. Kanchenjunga which is truly unforgettable

Here is my experience of my recent stay 16-18th August 2024 We booked 2 Kanchenjunga view balcony rooms and we were provided the exact same rooms which was promised. Hotel staffs are good, polite and always welcoming. This was also a budget friendly option as compared to other similar hotels nearby. If you book this room category, you could see Kanchenjunga from your bed itself. Highly recommended. I would like to mention the negative points as well: The food at their restaurant is pathetic and probably made of stale ingredients. Please don’t get your food from their restaurant. Nearby restaurants are available with good quality. They don’t have elevator, so it may be an issue for elderly people with luggage.

Not having elevtors is big problem as rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor Toiletries require to be provided Small sized room and but good enough ambient and amenities required to be improved Quality of food is good Manager is very cooperative. View from room is extremely good
