Hotel Haven

The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Location is good. It's in middle pelling. Food quality is great. Wifi is decent. Cleanliness is also taken care. Only cons i found is at time there is no electricity due to which you cannot charge your phone or use geyser. Also the stairs are steep so if any elderly person is staying please stay cautious to take rooms in ground or at max 1st floor. Also, you will get Kanchanjanga view only of you are staying in upper floors. Apart from this everything is great. I would definitely love to visit again.

First of all they denied our booking dn they gave us a small room which was reall small and damp. Beware that this place doesnt have electricity everyday from morning 6.30. The staffs were welcoming but couldnt help us in any way. Plz never book this hotel.

Electricity was a mess ! Most of the electric board wasn't working. The temperature was 8degree and they were not providing hot water and there guizer wasn't working at all ! There behaviour was all good though.

Very good service , the worker boys are quite well behaved and provides good room service . They are all bengali. There are 3 rooms at the far corner of the hotel where you can view Kanchanjanga ranges (if you are lucky since most of the time the weather is foggy, at the dawn of the morning I was able to enjoy the view😁)

Nice hotel. Rooms are excellent. Behaviour of staffs are verry good. Foods are good. Only 4 rooms are at ground level and rest are downstairs. From two rooms kanchenjunga can be seen on clear day. The night view from this rooms are also awsome.

Great location, rooms are well furnished. There is a wonderful view of Kanchenjunga from inside the room. They have their own restaurant and its food quality is very good.

Extremely poor behevior of this hotel manager because of we did not hire car from this hotel for site seeing. He asked rs 2700 for site seeing but we hired a car from another agency at rs 2000. A shower tap of bath room was broken previously which was fixed by araldite,when I went to use it it has dropped on my head, reported them they charged me rs 1600 and blamed me that you have broken it. I have to paid this amount. Room no 301. So careful for this hotel. Food also costly. Veg meal rs 120, fish 150, chiken 180.
