Location is good but rooms are not so clean. We found lot of dust below cots. Service was OK and in house veg restaurant offers very less food as per menu..

One of the worst hotel, I stayed at. One the very first day itself, they gave us a option of choosing a heater for an extra charge of Rs 300 per night, but at the end they gave us a blower which blowed only cold air and we had to pay 300 for nothing for one night. Second thing, the geyser is worst and takes time to release hot water. On the second day, there was no electricity and we had to start our chilly morning with cold water and they provided us with no option for hot water and then, on the 3rd day when we had to check out early and depart, because we had a train to catch, the water supply stopped in our room and they said it will take time to fix. Stay here only if you have other better options. Worst experience.

Rooms are too dirty and not maintained.. I felt like I stayed in hostel.. definately not suitable for a family to stay, On top no professionalism in any of the service they offer.. no lift, TV doesn't had recharge and they took a day to recharge and start the TV. GEYSER in bathroom is of very small capacity asking one family member to take bath every hour if everyone need hot water. No hair dryers, no iron, very poor quality food service and taste is also average Unfortunately I didn't found any of the thing to praise in hotel in my 2 days of stay there.. It almost spoils our vacation because of this hotel.

Staff was really good. But property was so so. Service was fast. Specially need to work on bathroom. As they are not luxurious.

Don't fall prey to the false promises of any tour operator or fake reviews by the hotel stakeholders. Totally messy things over here. No intercom, charging point faulty, poor mess service, uncleaned bed sheets and towels, to name a few. Rest choice is your. Either go by this genuine review or experience yourself and then regret visiting this hotel. Almost like a Dharamshala. Too much disappointing hotel.

Utmost helpful. We were on a package trip through thrillophilia, which went awry at pelling as they put us into a very bad accommodation. At our anniversary night me and my wife were wondering what to do, two blocks into it we stepped in to Chiminda and spoke to vindhya the receptionist. They immediately arranged a great room and even upgraded the room to deluxe.A situation where they could have taken advantage, instead they made us feel thankful.
