This hotel is amazing... Most important is the view and rooms... Each rooms are huge and bathroom size are enormous... Food simple and tasty which was included in my package (non veg) ... Parking space slightly less and there is rooms for drivers also... All the best mimo...

It was an awesome experience to stay here early November. Good staff but minimal.. good service on their end as possible.good foods on demand. Stay below rooms from the hotel.. you will feel luxurious .There are insects problem but that can be manageable as it is greenary outside.

Even giving one star feels so shameful they dont even deserve a star! Service is so poor,food tastes awful and on the day of durga puja we are sitting in a power cut for more than 2hours the room is full of inscets. I have never experienced such a travel experience. This is so painful sharing this. The staff here isn’t receiving a single call to assist us in this situation. I recommend no one to visit here even the location is at the bottom. This has been a terrible travel experience I cant even imagine how it feels when people come to enjoy during vacation and they feel such kind of pain and pathetic feeling here. I have been suffering with my family here.

We were here for 2 days. The place is situated in Lower Pelling. It's awesome place and on the top from where you can view Kenchunjunga Mountain very clearly. The manager and his staffs were very humble, courteous and caring. Their hospitality were tremendously best. If you are looking for stay in a delux room in couple or with family, this place should be in your bucket list.

Far from city, no other building s nearby,.. food is better at their other hotels... be cautious about paying by UPI, i had to pay 3000 more since they have not received the money though phone number is correct.. Dont know the reason

Best place to stay at Pelling. You can have mesmerizing view of snow ladden Kanchanjanga. Beautiful sunrise view, surrounded by nature, sweet sound of birds chirping all around and more... Rooms are spacious and equipped with all the amenities. What you need more...
