Undoubtedly this is one of the best hotel in ravangla. All staffs are good and friendly. Management is also good. We enjoyed all the services of the hotel. We didn't deprived from any services. Hotel room is too comfortable; food quality and quantity is awesome. In one word overall the hotel was awesome.

Best hospitality has been given with complimentary fruits and one evening snacks. They are friendly and helpful too. The only disadvantage I found here is there is no elevator in the hotel which can be a problem for old age people and disabled people. Otherwise the hotel is the same as provided in the picture.

Rooms are nice and specious, but too much cold... It would have been better to have carpet on the floor as it feels freezing standing on them... Service is good but food quality is not good specially the lunch. Moreover they ask for tips which is not expected at all.

This is a great hotel to visit in ravangla. Great service,great ambience,and the staffs very very friendly and helpfull and always very welcoming. The food quality is good.They provide buffet as well as ala-carte. They organise live concerts on daily basis which is one of the best experience i had. Must visit.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It was just about a month old then. They provided excellent service and we had a comfortable stay. The hotel has a beautiful garden lined with flowers where you can relax in peace. The view is also nice, but as we experienced cloudy weather the visibility was somewhat limited. For the budget, this is probably one of the nicest hotels available in Ravangla.

Excellent hotel. We were 6 couples all together & enjoyed a lot, we had a great reception at the time of our check-in, rooms, washrooms were very clean & well decorated. Fooding/dinning is also great. We had our plan for bonfire & they arranged for it with everything they had, warm-heartedly. At the time of check-out we got felicitation from the manager & the full team of the hotel. It was our bad that we stayed there for only 1 night. keep it up guys, we expect these kind of services from your end which u provided to us. Many many thanks for the memories.

It was the most irritating Hospitality experience of my life till today. Room condition very good. Reception maintained by a young boy and one lady. Except these two staff no any staffs are from hotel industry. They don't know about this Industry. Management tried to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel only. They don't know about the guests grievances. One side of the towels are clean. But the other side is un-explain able dirty. House keeping / servicing and staffs of other auxiliary staffs are meaningless. They don't think to provide even water to the guests. Even They don't think necessary to pass on the messages to the concerned department of the guests. Ultimately as a results all guests became angry at the dinner table in front of the owner/ management and it's lost all decorum and discipline. Finally I will suggest everybody pls. avoid this hotel of Ravangla, Sikkim. If want to know something more can call me. I can assure that the property have everything to give ultimate satisfaction of it's guests but due to miss - management and bad manners / attitudes of few employees once it will be a worst investment for the owner / entrepreneur of this property. Even OPERATION (Not ownership) of these type of property come to any other person / persons having experience in tourism / hospitality industry or even having experience in tours and travelling with middle class Indian people, can make it PARADISE of RAVANGLA.

Rooms are very beautiful and spacious but, the rooms are very cold it'd have been better to have carpet on the floor since standing on them feels freezing. Rather than that everything is very good. The manager/owner is very friendly and polite.
