It was a good place but now they're treating customers as if we are staying for free. AC Not Working properly, no Geyser, utmost of all No Drinking water being provided and asking customers to fill from near by Saravana Bhavan Restaurant

Elevator doesn't have any human detection sensors. It just open and close. No room service. They doesn't gave any water bottle if we tell to the reception. No extra bed. Bad maintenance.Ect .... Food's cost is high but quality is not worth. So don't book this hotel before knowing about this all

It's a messy place. No proper maintenance overall no parking facilities for even 6 cars to get fit there. Overall, poor, I would say. We attended marriage function literally left bad on the infra.

The wedding hall is in 4th floor. There is lift, however its very small and eventually when there are more people you prefer to walk up the stairs. Its too hot here. The hall was okay and the seating arrangement was also good. There are seperate sections for men and women.

Visited this place for a wedding, the hall is decent and food is good but car parking is not sufficient and restroom is also not well maintained. the place is located near egmore railway station hence this is a good place to host wedding ceremony for those who have invitees from far away places using public transport. overall nice place and can make some arrangements such as better parking facility and clean toilets to get a better rating

Nice place to conduct marriage receptions. Small dining hall. AC and Non AC rooms available with attached bathroom. Escalator facility available. It's very near to Egmore station. Easy to access. Bike parking also there within complex.

Very bad service. Our gest is pull out from reception, while their waiting for us to meet. Very bad reception service and roughly talking with customers The hotel name is destroying for the reception service...
