The room and the washroom were neat. Stayed there for a short time, but overall the rooms were comfortable and the entire property has an aesthetic look. The hotel being close to the railway station just 8 mins away from Egmore railway station and 1.2 km away from Chennai Central station is another plus point.

Good looking room with very poor maintenance and service... The AC stopped working in the midnight and they asked to shift the room in the middle of sleeping time... Later I understand the same thing happened for my colleague also in a week's time. I can't even imagine a hotel can be so careless in AC maintenance or do such nonsense for saving electricity bills...

Worst decision I made to check in this hotel. Pathetic rooms and service compared to the price they charged me. AC not working, Bathrooms are not clean, buckets are very bad. I don't recommend this to anyone.

One of the worst experience. Can't be said as a three star hotel. Someone needs to check on their three star ratings. Rooms are like dungeons. They have kept the hotel like it was built during the Victoria Queen era. Worthless for staying more than half a day. Reception people are just there and don't respond to anything professionally. They'll change the rooms only after you forcefully request to them. Never before have I experienced such a bad stay.

The personnel was friendly and quite helpful, but the place is quite run down and didn’t feel worth the money we paid. The first night we stayed there we discovered a dozen cockroaches in the room, and had to shift rooms that night. The second room we got wasn’t in as good condition as the first, but at least no roaches. 😅 The breakfast is delicious and the dinner restaurant right around the corner makes things convenient. I think this hotel is quite ok place to stay for a short time, 1-2 nights as the location is great, right in the city centre and easy to reach anywhere you want to go. Unfortunately though, after our experience there, we probably won’t be returning.

One of the good hotels in this area. Visited with my wife two days back. 24 hours check in - check out. Took a double room Ac room (Rs. 4200/-) tariff. The Room was good but looked old. Complimentary breakfast was available and it was also good. Overall a good place to stay. Recommended..
