Beverly Hotel

Had my wedding reception here and it went off really well. A very special thanks to Ms. Kalai from Banquets who handled everything with perfection from the booking to all the requests that we made. Also a big thank you to Mr. Shiva who handled the F&B part for our wedding and made sure everything inside the hall went off smoothly. The food at the wedding was extremely good and all the guests loved it. The rooms were neat and nice and the housekeeping staffs were really very helpful. I’m glad we chose this hotel as our wedding venue. Thanking y’all very much for such a memorable day 🙏🏻

The meet was held at San Francisco. The ambience was good, staff courteous and gave timely help when needed. Food was appreciated by all to be very delicious. Banquet office understood our requirements and executed to my satisfaction

A good hotel in a comfortable locality at the heart of Kilpauk, Chennai. We had a great stay there for 2 days. Complimentary breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the tub bath. Service from staff was excellent. Restaurant was also good, our whole family enjoyed the dinner.

They have the best service staff that I have experienced.Vandana madam ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.cleaning staff always went above and beyond with our requests.the breakfast was amazing everyday .. The only gripe I have is the A/C that is not as effective as desired to keep me cool from the hot Chennai climate. The room also had some musky odor. not sure if the ducts are maintained. But I have no major complaints since the hotel staff and extraordinary service makes me forget the negative aspects of my stay

Very good place to stay in kilpauk. Hospitality is good. Rooms are bit old but their service is good. Breakfast buffet is very good. Bit costly, but worth it if you are looking for a luxurious stay in chennai. I paid Rs. 3300/- as on Dec'2024 for double bedroom.

We were greeted very warmly by the staff as soon as we got out of the taxi. They had arranged our transfer from the airport. The front of office staff were very pleasant respectful and courteous. The staff overall are polite and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Naresh Cooper was of great assistance from the time we contacted Beverly Hotel to make a booking. He coordinated our transfers and gave us great confidence and assurance, even though we were dealing with him from overseas. Jenny was also of immense help to us. Vimala who looked after our room, kept our rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience. Location is perfect in a nice quiet street. We would recommend this hotel.

I recently booked a room for my staff at the Beverly Hotel in Chennai and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's service and respectful staff are its best features, Jennifer's beautiful smile, Muthu's respectful talk, Kadheer's talk over a call and finally the GM Mr Venkat's see off was amazing. From check-in to check-out, my guest was treated with warmth and courtesy. The hotel's location in Kilpauk is convenient and accessible. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are attentive, helpful, and go above and beyond. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food, including a great breakfast spread, Sandhya is the best person to take order. Ample car parking space and valet parking are also available. Overall, I highly recommend the Beverly Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chennai. Rating: 5/5 stars😊🥳

Rooms are smelly. Dull lighting inside the room. But AC was working good. Still scope to upgrade the rooms ambience. Name sake cupboard given, no hangers are available. They don't provide the room without advance payment. Rooms are little expensive compared to the same category in the nearby area. Only the buffet breakfast was good and tasty, even though options ware less. Restaurant staff are good.
