FabHotel Chamiers Park

It was an awful hotel. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and the moment we entered the rooms assigned to us we noticed cockroaches and spiders everywhere and the room smelled very musty. There was mold in the bathroom area. When we complained we were shown more rooms on the 4th and 5th floor which they claimed were new but they were even worse, stinky and cockroach infested. We had to leave immediately. They didn’t respond to our request to refund the booking amount since we didn’t even stay! Worst possible experience, they left us stranded at 2am in the night

It was a horrible experience. No door lock for the room. At 1:30 am they tell me to move to another place , which was equally bad. Had no option to move. The following day again the lock was not working. Room had small cockroaches and bad freshener. I was getting fever and headache. So I moved . Effectively stated only one night out of the 3 nights. Never Fab again esp this place.

It was horrible experience staying here for just 5 to 6 hours. The Bathroom was not clean, the floor of the room was sticky. The water for bathing was yellow. Please dont book this hotel just after seeing anyones review in Make my trip or through Fab hotels there they have mentioned something else.

Worst ever experience at this hotel. I had discussed with Fab hotels backend team and did a booking and accordingly paid advance amount also. After arriving at the property , the supervisor and owner of the property asked for an additional amount. When I tried to clarify by showing the booking and advance payment details, the supervisor started arguing and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. Over and above this the room shown was in a damp and untidy condition. Their backend team was unresponsive and rather asked me to cancel the booking. After cancellation, it has been 2 weeks and still they have not refunded the booking amount. Stay away from Fab hotels... especially this property.

It's a budget hotel, linen had patches though it was clean but there were colour patches caused after spillage. The bathroom was dirty because of the water leak. Other than value for money
