It's unclear why management has not addressed this, as his attitude towards guests has remained unchanged despite numerous complaints. In the hospitality industry, someone like Anand should either be properly trained for customer-facing roles or moved to a non-customer-facing position. I recently had an incredible stay and couldn't be happier with the experience. The rooms were absolutely immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the little touches, like the luxurious linens and in-room refreshments. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding a peaceful ambiance to the room. The standout, however, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. They were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, always greeting with a smile and ready to help with any request. Standard room can accommodate 2 normal sized humans. Neat and clean hotel, Good location, quiet. Lift gives a sudden thud. Hot water, especially in the morning, is an issue. Fancy fittings which don't give what is required is of no use. Could keep cans of water in the common living room and give bottled water to only those who request for the same. Save the environment.

We had an amazing time at this Hotel, very close to the shopping areas situated in a good location. Stayed for 6 Nights here, Room is very clean & comfortable and room service is on point also the security guards are helpful. Thank you Team Blossom.

This is my second time at Blossoms and I had a wonderful stay both times. All the staff including the security guards are extremely helpful in making sure you are comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Vijay at the reception who is very polite and extremely accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay!

I have couple of suggestions. 1. A vending machine/c for water and few other items will be a great value add 2. Please provide 1 ltr water bottle 2 numbers instead of 500 ml 3. Hot water system isn’t working. We have waste lots of water to get hot water 4. On demand I was given comb. Is it possible for you to follow for other toiletries as well. That way you will save some money as well as resources

We were here for one month and these service apartments are worth every single paise . The rooms and bathrooms are maintained very clean . The staff are courteous , pleasant , professional and helpful in all aspects . My son arranged for my stay here for 5 more months , and 2 months have passed . From day one till date they are taking full care and seeing the same polite and friendly service . I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a comfortable , pleasant and convenient stay in Chennai .

Stayed at Blossoms for few days. And It was a quite different experience. Never have I felt that comfort and clean atmosphere from any other hotels. Food also was too good and hygiene. Reception persons were also responsive all the time. I would give 5/5. 👍🏻
