Worst experience. Don’t book as per photos. They mention all amenities like AC, TV, WiFi but nothing works. Even the blankets, bed sheets are unclean. You can also experience mosquito bites. Only the hotel exterior seems decent. Interior is fully fungus spread falls and falling off paints

Can i please request Team OYO to delist this hotel? The staff here literally harassed my old parents, denied them the correct room, charged additional money to provide a room that was prepaid. The hotel staff including manager is rude and you'd regret your decision the minute you enter the hotel. OYO's customer support is super slow to respond and there's no point in contacting them. Rooms are dirty and unclean, you are better off at some other place. Worst Worst hotel in the history of my hotel booking and staying experience. Please stay away - this is the biggest RED FLAG in hotel industry.

Pathetic hotel while we checkin they asked for extra money they said we don't accept Oyo coupon. Though we pre booked and prepaid through the app already. Rooms are filthy stinky full of dust and spider cobs. Toilet wasn't clean AC wasn't working. After asking 3-4 for times they changed the rooms but condition of the room was same we any how managed a night stay there. Not safe and appropriate for married couples or family. One star rating is not right for it I would rate it -5.

Worst ever Hotel stay for family , We had booked it from Oyo and applied coupons but at the time of Check-in the staff denied our booking which was prepaid in advance by saying that they don't accept bookings done via Oyo coupons and we have to pay extra which not was at all mentioned anywhere on their page or website. After some few discussions & arguments we were allotted a room which was in very bad in state , bad smell and dirty condition of the room was not at all pleasant to stay, AC and Switch boards were not working. This Hotel is not Working towards Good Hospitality service they are just Fishing customers over Online platforms with multiple Hotel Booking Franchisees registered with them. This place is not at all safe for family stays. They don't entertain you they say we don't take Oyo bookings we are now a Stay-In Hotel. You will find 2-3 Hotels on Google Maps in the same Location with Same Rooms and Inside photos which is a scam of them.

The worst possible room I've ever had the misfortune of entering. Bad customer service. Bad receptionist...rude n dismissive behaviour. Extremely bad rooms. None of the amenities work properly. Broken Bad bed. Mouldy walls Dusty everywhere.. Seems like Never have they ever been cleaned since their construction. Ony 2 spot lights work in the room And gives off the chudail ki maut vaali vibes in the room. And you're bound to pick up tetanus or fungal infection the moment you step in. The stenchy smell of fungal spores os revolting. DO NOT GO. IF YOU HAVE ANY VALUE FOR YOUR OWN LIFE.

Worst place and worst service and worst ambience. Bedsheets are not washed for more than months.. when we entered into room the room was messy and too much bad smell came from toilet. Rooms not at all cleaned for a more than a month. That much dirty look. When we requested service boy to bring a water bottle, more than an hr waited and no response. We were booked three rooms for two days. After seeing this we cancelled all rooms and but there was no refund.

Location is good between Egmore and Chennai Central Railway station. Cleanliness and hygiene is not maintained. A guest can get a room without mirror, without AC remote, without key, broken switches and still that room may not have been cleaned. Lack of maintenance.

If there was a zero rating I would have rated this "ZERO". I booked a room for my friend and her son seeing all the reviews. After seeing the room they were so depressed that they asked the manager to change the room as the room was so full of dust and cobwebs.Even the bathroom was also not clean and the toilet seat was broken .They had to check out from the hotel and shift to another hotel the same night..They were there for a surgery and booked in advance for 7 days.The manager also behaved arrogantly when they asked for refund.The money was not refunded.The photos which they post in the site look so pretty and in reality it is the extreme opposite.We did not expect OYO to be this much pathethic and really sympathize with you people for giving such unhygeinic and unproffessional hotels with a tag line of "Super collection"..Just wondering what are the guidelines for allocating such tagline and rating..Have you people in OYO really know what kind of hotels you are suggesting to people with a 4.5 rating in OYO site..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
