Experience at the Jacks Hilltop Food: The food was delicious, which we appreciated. However, the preperation & delivery time was quite slow, and the prices were on the higher side, making the dining experience less enjoyable. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was average. While the spaces were not extremely dirty, they didn’t meet the expectations of a well-maintained resort especially, the dining tables. Room: We opted for a basic room priced at ₹2500 per night. Unfortunately, the tiny room lacked several basic facilities that one would expect at this price point. There was no cupboard or dustbin in the room, and essentials like soap and towels were also not provided. Hospitality: One of the positives of the stay was the staff. They were friendly, approachable, and ensured we felt welcome throughout our stay. There were some good aspects like the food taste and the hospitality, the lack of basic facilities and delays in service made it a mixed experience.

Stepping into the room felt like entering a tranquil haven, with every detail contributing to a sense of relaxation and serenity. However, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The lack of hot water in the bathroom until 8 am due to power issues was an inconvenience, particularly in the cooler mornings. Additionally, the initial malfunctioning water kettle, though promptly replaced by the staff, was a minor hiccup in an otherwise seamless stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall value for the price was undeniable. The cozy ambiance, coupled with the mesmerizing view and comfortable accommodations, created a truly memorable experience. With a few improvements to the service, such as ensuring consistent access to hot water and meticulously checking the functionality of in-room amenities, this accommodation would easily earn top marks. The staff's responsiveness in addressing the kettle issue was commendable, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction. With a little more attention to detail and proactive maintenance, this charming retreat has the potential to become an exceptional choice for travelers seeking a tranquil and unforgettable getaway.

Rooms are very good with wooden flooring. Facilities like hot water 24/7, towel, soap, brush paste shampoo are offered 😁 the hospitality is very nice. Food is also yummy. The open space is awesome. You can spot wild bull. Night camp fire. 😄 if the location is little inside the mains it would be the best place you can stay. Currently the location is little outer

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The views were breathtaking, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, helping with anything we needed. The parking facilities were well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The only drawback was the route to the hotel, which had quite a few curves, but it was worth it once we arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I stayed at the The Jack Hill Top Resort from January 3-5, and had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed definitely recommend it to others."

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this resort. Unfortunately, we didn't end up staying due to the subpar room conditions and filthy bathroom. The room was not well-maintained, and the bathtub was particularly disturbing – it was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Given the poor state of the room and bathroom, we decided it was best not to stay. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of their rooms.

The hotel has a good view and the rooms are pretty decent. Food is pretty good and its provided at reasonable price. Tea quality could have been better. Camp fire is being setup everyday which is good. Nazeer bhai has personally taken care of the guests well. Bus timing provided here is correct and plan your travel accordingly

The service was ultimately good! The staff were so polite and even helped during an emergency 🙏. Getting there was a bit tricky though, and parking was a challenge. Economy rooms were compact and the bathrooms felt a little snug.
