It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Loved the food, hospitality, cleanliness and the ambience. Loved the balcony the most. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Kodai.

Room is very average but bigger space and good view. Complimentary breakfast is not worth. Location is very good and near by lake (walkable distance )

Worst service & staff behavior. They don't know the meaning of hospitality. Pathetic food and room service. They don't give hot water after 10 PM to 06 AM. We were given a room with no latch in washroom door. The glass top of the centre table was broken. The bedsheets and pillow covers we're stained. They don't even serve dinner after 09.30PM. We reached the hotel at 09.30PM to check-in. We were asked to get food from outside. When we got the food, they refused to give plates too to have dinner. There was no drinking water in the room and I had to call thrice for the same. At morning 07.00 AM next day, someone knocks at the door and offers tea. It was disturbing when you are on a leisure trip and someone wakes you up so early. When I checked, I found that someone else had ordered tea and it came to our room. The staff is so much careless, they don't even know how to treat guests. This is the worst experience I had in any hotel I have stayed so far. We stayed here for two nights, had a feeling of staying in a low budget hotel. But their charges are not of a low budget hotel. Even the food preparation was worst. Ordered butter chicken and specifically told not to put chilly. They made sure, it's double spicy and sweet. We couldn't have single roti too with it, had to keep it outside the room. The only good thing is, it's very near to the lake. Will never stay or advice anyone to stay here.
