I booked premium rooms in this resort by seeing good discounts on online apps but actual experience was very disappointing. Nothing is complimentary there even the basic needs are chargeable and rental based in premium rooms( examples: camp fire, breakfast, room heater, etc..) Camp fire is complimentary only when the rooms are completely booked in the resort. Rooms are very small and even the premium rooms doesn’t have king size bed and cot. Location and view: The way to the resort is very strange and too steep even the experienced drivers cant drive on that road. Be careful while your coming by car Overall it was very bad experience and not worth the money, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Their warm hospitality truly added to the comfort of our stay.||The in-house restaurant served delicious food, featuring a variety of local and continental dishes. We especially enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast and evening bonfire sessions arranged by the resort.

I recently stayed at The Jacks Hilltop Resort in Kodaikanal, and overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved. The best part of the stay was definitely the location — the resort sits right on top of a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Waking up to the mist and fresh air felt amazing. It’s very peaceful and away from the main crowd, so perfect if you want a quiet getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay here — the location and view are absolutely beautiful, perched right on top of the hills. However, keep in mind that the slope is quite steep, so if you don’t have a vehicle or if your vehicle isn’t in good condition, it might be difficult to reach. The room itself is small, but the room service is good. The previous hosts were very kind and made me feel at home. One thing to note: the drinking water provided was not very hygienic, so you may want to bring your own bottled water.

The stay was superb. Especially the receptionist jothi, he was superb in hospitality. The rooms were so neat and clean. Hot water was available even at 2 am in the morning. Rates of the room was very affordable. I didn't have food from there. So no comments on that. The stay was superb

Rooms are quite small . Even the washroom is such that one can barely stand . Toiletries were provided only when asked. Floor is made of cheap material (wall sticker kind of) . Nothing to mention much great about this property . Ought to site bison few times nearby . Safety concerns with regards to wild animal sitings . And they charge additional for basic amenities.a hefty amount of 600 for a room heater which itself might cost less than that .
