An awesome place to stay in Kodaikanal. Its not like very big multistory building but couple of buildings. The best part is the open place in front of hotel which is having fire place for bonfire and same can be used for birthday party or for buffet dinner. Rooms are neat and clean and have great view form the window. Since the hotel is located away from the road its too quiet and green around. Recommend for stay especially for families get together.

It is one of the budget hotels partnered with OYO. Very nice accomodations. We visited the place during March end for 1 night stay and we paid approx. 3000 Rs. for 2 rooms. The rooms are clean and we also have a huge garden area for camp fire and play area for kids. The stay included breakfast. The staff is also very cooperative and polite. Worth staying at this hotel.

The ambience is good. The rooms are good if not best. The USP of the property is the open lawn infront, which perhaps no property in the area is having. Room service is good and quick responding. However do not take anything they provide, as a freebie, check with the management if it is chargable or not.

I would say the place is located in a nice place and the infrastructure looks quite attractive, commentable and impressive staff, people in there are so supportive and enthusiastic. The complementary Food is also good , I would say. But the only thing that carried me with less interested was there washrooms. And i would like to suggest to properly fix the plug points which they have.

If booking via fab hotels portal, the room is not so great as seen in the picture. The location is walkable from the lake but through a slightly run down area. Staff is very helpful but limited kitchen

The service was poor, we reached around 1.30 am and there was none to receive us although we had informed about our arrival time. The blankets provided were old ans shabby. There was no drinking water provided to us. The water taps are all broken. The food was bad and provided as if it was for a cheap formality. Do not opt to choose this place.

Very bad service and they do not even serve drinking water.They charge 1500 bucks just for some piece of wood of camp fire, for tea coffee the charges are just too much ,no cleanliness ,Had the worst experience. only best part is the view that you can get from any other hotel with better services

A very great place to stay with family or friends. Comfortable rooms, lot of space for bon fire, hot water, play area for kids, sofas in living area, good service, delicious food, and overall a very pleasant stay.
