The Mystic inn

Worst customer service ever faced. They just ask for full payment in the beginning and just left us just like that. They didn't even provide water for drinking. If we ask for water they simply say like you have to purchase it yourself. We have to step down for about 20mins and climb up again if we want to purchase anything. When we order food they will provide food but, but it will not be what we ordered. They will just provide something else and they will not even explain the reason for it. When we tries to ask for the reason for it, they will just cut the call. Don't ever visit there.

Overall worst experience ever... They don't provide water for the guests and you have to carry a 5ltr bottle and Trek to the room for about 20mins. There is no proper way to this place. From dolphin nose entrance to this place you have to Trek about 20mins. For an urgent you can't go for the shop..u have to park your vehicle down and u have to climb up to the room If you order food you won't get the food what you have ordered... They will surprise u with egg rice and egg thakkali thokku... They won't intimate you if the food is not available which u ordered they cook something and give you. If you call the place manager and ask about it he will say anything and cut the call There is no heater in the bathroom... They have the electric rod water heater (like the spring holder) it will take 20mins to heat the water... You have to wait 20min for water to heat then u can go to the bathroom.. or you have to use the chill freezing water to wash For 9members we paid 8k(without food)... Too costly for this service and the place Think and book...

Worst room service I have ever seen before through out my trips journey.. We crew are literally very upset and our trip was spoiled due to their irrespective behavior. No more proper intimations where given before reaching the room and the main thing is they will intimated that they will provide breakfast as an complimentary and which you will not get. The choice is yours!!!

Budget stay in Vattakanal(Kodaikanal) Good place for bachelors. Nice climate and view. 10 minutes hike from vattakanal Taxi stand. No network coverage but WiFi network is available.. and kitchen facility available in that cottage. So we can cook dishes. plates,gas all items are available in kitchen.

Such an Amazing Cottage in Vattakanal.Visited and stayed in this cottage for two times in the past two years,they never disappointed me with their Cottage Service.Also having Wifi Facility, indoor Kitchen,Great Sun rise view point, Campfire facility and Rooms where so Spacious.Must Visit this place each and every one with Friends and Family,also a good spot for Honeymoon destination.This September again visiting for 3rd time the Same Cottage 'The Mystic inn',Wonderful Experience.

Awesome place to chill out with friends... The place have two rooms attached bathroom and kitchen also.. For sunrise view this place is amazing. You can also make campfire.

View and service was overall all ohk but not well maintained and too much stray dog issue . At night they will fight each other and barking 👎

Really a good place to chill with a family and friends capacity of sleeping 15 people's Really a mystic place and a good view for top of the hill
