Important: We tried booking the room through booking .com, just to check on the location called up the hotel Manager who suggested us to book directly with hotel to avoid paying commission charges with booking .com & offered a 50% discount on the second day stay.||||Manager was waiting at the main guiding us to the location. Managed to find it & drove into a compound around 21:30 hrs on 24.11.18 which was totally not lit & there was a construction site & behind that was the hotel.||||No dedicated parking lot was available, parked the car in front of the hotel entry gate and proceeded to see that there was no reception & but for a staff room & old carpets, Water cans , a dining table & junk dumped on the ground floor.||||The hotel manager (not professionally dressed he looked more like a caretaker) who helped us check in. No Lift was available and while walking up to the second floor where are room was located noticed that there were no other families or people in the hotel except for 1 male who was drinking in one of the rooms on the 1st Floor. We had requested for big queen size bed to accommodate 3 adults, but the room had a king size only. On request only they offered a extra bed which was rolled & we had to place it on the tiled floor to sleep.||||Air-conditioning Indoor Unit was atlest 5 years old which did not function, only the fan was working. Had called the manager again & he said that we need to change the settings & he himself tried & said would take about 10 – 15mins to cool. Manager asked me to step out & requested me to pay up the rent up front which was a lil weird, since he sounded polite & anyways we were bound to pay them paid the money. Then comes the shocker No 1: he said no one will be available in the property to help you in case If you need anything, please let me know now itself in case you need anything, by the time we had the talks going it was around 22:30 hrs. Shocker 2: We were like what about room service? Manager: We don’t have a kitchen, you can order through swiggy (online food delivery app). Had no choice said ok! Placed three orders on swiggy & 2 delivery boyz managed to find the place with few phone calls guidance (lucky us main course was delivered first)||||Bad luck we ran out of water & had ordered it again through swiggy around 23:00 hrs. Poor delivery boy didn’t know the location nor we were able to tell the location as we are new to the place except for few landmarks which was given by the hotel manager to find our way to the hotel.||||Finally around 12:30 hrs I had to walk out of the room leaving two girls alone….. Literally there was pin drop silence and no one was around….. Which was actually scary & felt something fishy? Walked to the main gate & was on the phone guiding the delivery person for almost 45mins……. Shocker 3: three guyz came in a bike two dressed in Lungi 1 in formals stared at me & rode in to the property. Mean time the delivery boy managed to find the hotel. Had to rush back to the room since I was worried about leaving the girls alone.||||AS I enter these three guys are on the first floor talking on the phone. Ran past them to the second floor & got in to are room & shut locked it asap. Luckily nothing happened but was weird situation.||||Managed two sleep like for a hr or two waiting for the sun to show up so we can check out & get outta that place asap. Original plan was to stay till 5:00 PM on 25.11.18. Around 8:00 AM called up the manager: Shocker 4: didn’t answer the phone for a while, tried again later & he said will call back. But didn’t . Then we called him after like 45mins & he answered and we were like AC didn’t work last night & we were not able to sleep & would like to check out immediately around 9:00 AM & said would like to have a refund of the second day charge & Manager was like need to check with hotel owner & I’ll get back to you. No response for while & I texted him asking for his owners no & received it immediately.||||Called the owner who was again a nice polite person , just complained about the service not being offered, AC not working and asked for a refund. He agreed to it immediately. On check out was just checking the room & to my surprise noticed junk & cigarette buds & dust not cleaned under the bed & in the balcony. Missed the balcony! Balcony view is amazing with a sea view but the ground next to the property was a dump area with liquor bottles/ Condoms/ junk etc. Took the refund grabbed the bags and rushed out of the place.||||Wanted to just chill out on nice weekend & it was totally screwed up with a worst experience & expense.||||I am writing this to alert all travellers and please do read all revises & so share your reviews too whenever you travel some where.

A very good place for enjoyment Beach view but cost is more , facilities are good
