From the parking staff to hospitality, everything was handled with great professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests liked it too. The ambiance was perfect, and team ensured that every detail was taken care of seamlessly. A special thank you to mallik for exceptional attention and service. Hotel SPG Grand in Kompally is a fantastic venue with ample space and multiple halls, making it perfect for hosting several events simultaneously. The staff is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious – every dish is full of flavor! Recommend it for any occasion! We just dine in every time. Food is very tasty. We always prefer SPG whenever we want to go out for lunch.

Waiters don't have basic common sense to speak to customers. Before it used to be very good. Now the waiters are always trying to move customers outside. Very harsh behaviour by the staff. Please don't visit it after 9pm. The waiters are saying if u want to party come before 8 pm not after that. I have visited it 9.00 pm and waiters are saying u must come before 8 pm to enjoy. Also from 11 pm they are forcing to move out. The waiters have come to us 12 times and said please take your left our in plastic glass and move out. We have also to go to our home how long will u enjoy here?? Very very harsh behaviour by the staff please don't visit this place after 9 pm. The waiters here are very arrogant. I also request the management to take severe action against the staff...

Room is standard with comfortable bed. Upkeep is not very good though. There were roaches in my room. Liquid handwash should be installed. Otherwise overall fine hotel. Service is good. Staff is helpful. Food was good.

One of the worst restaurants in have been to. Yesterday I ordered schezwan friends rice, then after eating it in the middle a got a stone. I informed the staff, they took that stone and didn’t asked anything I called the manager and explained the thing what happened and still she has done nothing then I paid the bill so that I can write this review and tell the people about this. So that they would not get in this Worst Restaurant. Indeed, they gave me an 10% discount as it was their mistake, such a nice service and food they have claps 👏. I suggest never ever go to their restaurant ever. Even this is the last restaurant available in this planet do not go to this.

The food at SPG Grand Restaurant was good, but the service was disappointing. The manager who took our order was inattentive and brought the wrong dish despite being reminded multiple times. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience. Hoping for better service on our next visit.

I have been visiting this restaurant regularly over the last 6-8 months as the food & service was decent. Hence I planned my company dinner here with a group of about 25+ people and it turned out to be a blunder. Arrogant staff, wrong orders, extra items in the bill. Ordered peri peri french fries and got peri peri chicken on a vegetarian table. Ordered for 3 apricot delight and received only 2 while the staff insisted they gave 3. Extra items added up and even the senior staff denied amendment in the bill on the pretext of already 10% discount is included. Horrible experience.

I have been here for my colleagues wedding, the place is beautiful for small gatherings, the food was tasty and the service was top notch. The location is on the main road and easily accessible to everyone. I have known SPG since 6 years and it is famous for nonveg food, it is like a festival for non-vegetarians, of course I like veg but still I liked the food.
