Worst experience, When we asked to change room because of Ac not working, they have asked us to pay extra money for changing room. No guarantee for getting a good conditioned room here. Staff will test your patience with their excellent acting skills, they will not tell you the truth about the condition of the room before check in .

Room was good, affordable. Small rooms and filled with cockroaches. No dustbin, or water provided in the room. If you are looking for a budget friendly short stays, you can go for this one.

Best experience in o red stone hotel.and their good staff and House keeping also good. They are taken extra money but it's worthble for room.cleaning was very good 😊👍 I suggest booked here it's a wonderful experience

Don't book stay here. Worst management & hotel I have ever seen in my life. Called 5 times for ac complaint they're not responding. Charged for ac but they're not provided. And they denied oyo rules don't go for stay. They'll fool you after booking. We left their property at midnight 11:30. Because we didn't get any help from them. We booked another stay at that time. Please don't go for it. I'll share this on my social media and friends group. We waited for 3 hours and requested for early check-in but they demanded 900 for that 3 hours. Oyo app is showing 265/- rupees for that 3 hours. We waited at outside of this hotel for that 3 hours. And my check in time is 12 pm but they're not allocated room until 12:20pm. Washroom which is available photo in my review you can check it below it is provided without cleaning. I'll provide all the screenshots and call logs & my service requests in my social media... please avoid this stay.

Good experience for Hotel o red stone, their staff was good recieving and good communication. It was near to malls and metro nyc experience.I suggest booked here

I visited Hotel Stone OYO in Gachibowli. The room was not good. The receptionist spoke very cunningly and arrogantly. There were multiple boys roaming around. The AC and fan were not working properly, and there was a lot of noise. I personally will not recommend anyone to visit Hotel Stone OYO. Please avoid this hotel.
