Nice cosy apartment with kitchen. Good for 2 adults. Polite and helpful caretaker. Not airy. Very clean.

The host is very responsive. all amenities like hot water, utensils, washing machine available. Rooms are clean. No toiletries provided except towels, a soap dispenser with body wash and a hand wash soap. surroundings is good but a bit dirty. caretaker is polite. Everything is available near the apartment. AIG Hospital is just walking distance

Best air bnb to stay in Hyderabad. Worth the price and walkable distance from main road. The cleanliness was top notched, caretaker service is commendable and the suite is so designed for short as well as long stay. It is well equipped with all listing . No words to express how pleasant was the stay. Keep it up and highly recommended.

Stayed for three days with family. Well maintained and neat space. All facilities are excellent.Arranged everything including washing machine, a/c and kitchen utensils. You Just need to catry the dress materials and everything for cooking is closely available. Thanks for the pleasant and lovely caretaker service too. Hope there'd be the similar facilities close to HCU university campus. Some of the non stick pans needs replacement.

Kowshik Reddy is the owner and great guy. Our trip was cancelled due to some official reason, but he returned the whole advance money without asking anything. I will definitely choose here and would recommend others as well. Abode Stayz ❤️
