This is the worst place. They charged me extra 600 for worst quality room. Even the doors of the room and washroom doesn't close correctly. Washroom water jet doesn't work. Fan speed regulator doesn't work. No AC or TV although mentioned in the website. Horrible check in experience for the second guest. Not a couple friendly place at all. I would say this is not a livable place at all. No lift so had to walk up and down for everything. They do not provide water service in rooms you have to walk up and down to get your water. Location of the hotel is also extremely bad you can't get good shops around it to buy anything if you need. They don't even provide tea here or anything at all. Even swiggy Zomato are unavailable most of the times. Never ever book this place it is a total scam to loot money. They won't give you even the worst room until you pay the extra thousand of rupees even if you have already paid. They also keeps your ID card illegally with them throughout your stay. Hated it

Dont even dare t book this place from oyo or any other place seeing the price. 1. Horrible place 2. The property will not accept online reservation and will say to cancel it and pay them directly. That too 4X more. 3. Owner, Malikarjun, is a pathetic person. Doesn't know how to treat his guest. Just he keeps on saying, why do you want to book online and say here just get out of the hotel.

This is a pathetic place, the staff is very very rude. I had booked a room for the night, on website they only have one category of rooms which has ac. When we reached, they denied us rooms saying we dont have ac rooms. When i called oyo they lied on my face with the oyo staff and said they will not give us rooms since we have a dog along with us, and on website they have mentioned as pet friendly hotel. The owner got into a verbal abuse Please please dont book room here. They also have a PG on 3rd floor where you will find labor staying

I have booked this hotel from Oyo. The receptionist over the hotel was demanding more money. After talking to the Oyo customer care. They have accepted to provide the room at mentioned rate. But after hanging the call he provided room with Non AC and Without TV and room filled with Mosquitoes. When complained regarding this .He stated " Meetu ichina paisalu ki inthakanna emosthadhi , Manchi room kaavaali ante inko 1000 ivvu" Which means for the amount which you have paid ,This is what you get , If you need a good room pay me 1k extra . Pathetic ! Stay aware of such hotels.

The hotel had a great location and the staff was very accommodating. I was really impressed that they had complimentary ac, wifi. The only downside was the rooms were small but if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay, I highly recommend.

Don't book this hotel ever. If you reach at night, they will trouble you and demand extra money. If you book through Oyo, they will provide you room at 4th floor with no active lift. Washrooms dont have water supply.
