Hotel Parklane

Edited after the call from the manager of the hotel: The manager of the hotel spoke to me and promised me that they will sure improve their services. Hence, I revised my rating from 1 star to 3 star. I will try again next month and will keep updating my review. The manager spoke to me was very gentle. My earlier review: The receptionist is playing video games while I seek support. I stayed two days and got horrible experience. Rooms are pathetic. Air conditioner is fake. Staffs are rude. I feel sorry for the owner who owns 100+ crore worth of a property and manages with zero care. Breakfast is horrendous. Take risk of your money and peace of mind if your wish to stay here

Very bad experience, not proper cleaning and bad smell in wash rooms. Not a heigenic place stay around.

Bath fittings..door fittings very old and rusted...no hot water heater for bathroom Water flow very slow... Floors not clean..bed sheets not clean No hot water to drink

Rooms are ok. Manageable for 1 or 2 days. I had an unpleasant check out experience with this hotel. Please be careful while entering pin using card payments, because of wrong amounts input in swiping machine.

Horrible place with poor infrastructure and maintenance. Service is poor and overall bad experience. The rooms had cockroaches everywhere - in the bathroom, on the floor, on the door, on the bed, in the sockets, in the cupboards, and the drawers. AC wasn't functioning well, and the bathroom door doesn't shut well. After we requested a new room since the AC in the first room allotted wasn't working, the AC maintenance guy came to check..he concurred that the AC isn't working. While the receptionist sent their staff to shift rooms, the staff insisted on checking the AC in the current room again himself and stated that it is working. Why do you'll wish to change! We said the AC maintenance guy had already told that the AC isn't working and the hotel receptionist has agreed to give us a new room. But this staff here took it on himself to decide and take the call whether we should be given the new room or not. He didn't provide us with new towels or any other basic need. We ordered a grilled vegetable sandwich, which costs 110 Rs without GST. We got a bland bread with 1 tomato and 1 cucumber piece. No chutney, no butter. Just salt and pepper on top. This is the service they provide despite having the best awards and name for the past so many years. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not too bad, employees are helpful, but a little short on manpower. Rooms are nice, it's a little pricy for the room but not bad. Food is fine, you get free breakfast and it's fine too. Location is a major factor, all the good places are good and as you are in middle of a market you can get anything easy.

I want to write a negative review on Parklane Hotel. During our stay, we encountered a receptionist named Deva, who displayed a very arrogant attitude and lacked basic respect for customers. The incident occurred when my family and I returned to the hotel around 12 midnight after visiting relatives in Hyderabad. Deva stopped us and insisted that they wouldn't allow our entry. He even pointed fingers and raised his voice against me. This behavior is unacceptable, and whoever reads this review, please urge the hotel to address and correct his attitude or consider retraining. If possible, review the CCTV footage from the night of December 10th.
