Hotel Baseera

This is one of the worst hotels we stayed. Rooms have rats, cockroaches. We booked for 4 days, shorted our stay here to 2 days. You order food on room service, you get in parcel kind of thing. This is really pathetic to see a hotel located in such a great place, getting ruined due to over pricey food and poor maintenance. Uppu the restaurant here is pathetic. They keep food next to toilets when you go for meals. Pathetic and very poor.

On 15th Oct 24, Booked non AC room. Very very worst experience. They charged 2K paid for one day. Room not at all worth for 2K. Small small cockroach all over the room. Wash room also very worst. My humble request to all is, Please don't book rooms in this hotel.

The behaviour of the front office staff ( a young boy) was disgusting.. We had made an advance payment of Rs. 1500/- and we wanted to check in immediately to refresh ourselves.. we told him that we would come down for dinner in 10 mts but he insisted that we pay right then and there.. Since we were in an urgency to relieve ourselves we went to the room immediately .. To top it all, he stood right outside our room with the card swipping machine until we freshened up and kept knocking on our door.. Since our stay there was just for a nights bed and bath, we tolerated him.. Very average room for such a high price..

It would be good if Google provides a negative star rating. I have never seen such a horrible hotel before. No Hygiene at all. All rooms are dirty and have a bad odor. Very Poor Maintenance. If you are with a family please don't stay in this hotel. Thank you

We are frm madhya pradesh .we had a worst experience frm this hotel hygeine is zero service is zero this hotel doesnt desrve even 1 star ...we are in hospital we stayed thr after operation ....thr is no humanity when we went to hospital they called us to pay rent for one more day or either to check out .we dnt have tickets so we paid bt somehow we got the tickets and asked thm to refund our money as we check out instantly and on same day, bt they denied . So we lost our rs 2500 . We do not recommend this hotel either to our frnd relatives or anyone ...

I would rate this hotel 3 out of 10 because it has very poor room service facility and room are kind not satisfied and they even say visitors are not allowed as if they are gonna stay it’s good for family maybe but not for travellers and tourists because of their unwanted and untold terms and conditions. Overall i am regretting 🥲 yeah but food is nice here .

The rooms are so spacious. It has a vintage style. Walkable distance to metro. Good choice. Pretty affordable.

Not bad hotel, soap moisturiser and shampoo is offered so that is good. They also give towel so thats also good. Beds are clean and comfortable
