I book this hotel from Oyo website... I Paid all the amount which is showing me with GST around 620 for one room.. when I have reached to the hotel manager telling me the amount which I paid on website it is not enough for us we will give you these room of rupees 1300 rest of the money you have to pay me in cash.. it is a horrible experience for me

Hotel staff extremely bad behavior. They charged double the booked price on oyo. Its a cheating strategy. Even though it showed as confirmed checkin, hotel staff didn't allow to check in with the paid amount and asked to contact oyo. I don't understand who ask hotel property to. Keep that price and then while checkin they will do this kind of poor marketing price strategy. Very bad on oyo and hotel as well. Overall my customer experience is worst . Never recommended this to anyone. All please stay away from these people.

Absolutely Terrible – A Complete Disappointment “आँख का अंधा, नाम नयनसुख” — this saying fits Hotel Grand Sparrow Inn, Agra perfectly. The hotel carries “Grand” in its name but has absolutely no grandeur. And the “Sparrow” in the name feels more like dealing with a crow — noisy, messy, and nothing pleasant about it. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic. The bedsheets were torn, stained and looked completely unwashed. The geyser didn’t work, making it impossible to stay here during winter. The toilet seat was broken, and the washroom was in a pathetic state. There was no hospitality at all — staff were rude and indifferent. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I will never come here again, and I strongly suggest never booking this hotel or recommending it to anyone. A total waste of money and peace. I wish i could have option to give it a negative star.

Hey, this is Raj I came to agra in last week with my female partner and staying here at 2 night in this hotel, this hotel looked good from front only, At interior and services are very poor 😔 I experienced poor quality accomodation & comfortability, room was so dirty/unhygienic, in service boy's & night manager no have to bedding sens, no have to cleaning sens, i have cheaper meals on the name of special thali, i fully unsatisfied with this hotel. Keep save & find better as per your requirement. But.. one person (Rahul yadav) a great 👍🏻 person & good manners about hospitality & financial management. Thank you!
