The experience was fine i visited agra for an event with my grandma But i do like to include some points. : The washrooms are not accommodated with geyers : Soaking mats were not provided : Also our washroom door wasn't working : cleanliness and brooming of floors should be done for the people staying for longer term So the hotel should keep checking for proper functioning

Misleading management.😡 "Don't stay here. The manager is a cheater. I booked a room through Oyo, but he refuses to accept payment online via the Oyo app and insists on payment upon check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, he demanded additional money compared to the Oyo app price. When I refused and asked to contact Oyo, he declined to provide a room and suggested canceling the booking and making a direct booking at the Higher Price."

Very very poor.. we came here after confirmed booking but the rude manager simply denied that room is not available . Never opt for this hotel.. pathetic
