Taj Villa hotel is a very sweet property to stay in Agra Hotel take care of your vehicle parking. Hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean, house keeping is very responsive and support you best. Spend three days in hotel and every morning breakfast options holds variety with delicious delicacies. Personally want to thanks hotel and their staff for taking best care for my naughty kid, even staff supported us really well in very short response time even in odd hours (late night) for room services. Thank you Taj Villa team 💙 You guys are very sweet full of courtesy and generosity.

Please thoroughly read the reviews before staying here. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our stay at Taj Villa Agra was a nightmare from start to finish. The bedsheets and pillowcases were filthy, and the entire place was overrun with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Despite having paid for breakfast, the staff refused to serve us eggs, which was highly unprofessional and disappointing. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were often found lounging on the staircase, glued to their phones, instead of attending to guests. We would have checked out immediately if other rooms had been available nearby. This was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Short but very pleasant stay, we only spent one night for visiting Taj Mahal. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was nice and neat. The are was a bit noisy but Al in al we had a good rest.

Staff is excellent, but the bedding is very poor (feels like a 100-year-old mattress). In winter, note that the pool has cold water. Parking is on the street. Overall, it’s okay but not recommended.

The worst experience i had in any hotel. They don't care about the experience of the guests. They just want to make money. I booked the hotel and mention about my 2 kids and made the payment. Upon reaching they told me that kids are not included and i have to pay additional amount for them. I had no choice but to pay them. They don't even provide you basic amenities. I asked them for room slippers for which they told me that it's out of stock and will be available after 2-3 days. Don't visit this hotel. It ruined my holiday.

I am a travel agent, and I recently booked Taj Villa Agra for a client, Dr. Chittranjan, under Reservation IDs URG1X1 and DCFQ2X, for three nights starting on November 7, 2024. We paid Rs. 4995.20 through the Taj Villa website. The booking terms clearly stated a zero cancellation charge if canceled 24 hours before check-in. Due to a sudden illness of the guest, we canceled the booking 10 days before check-in, making us eligible for a full refund.||Despite this, we did not receive any refund for over 10 days after canceling. When I contacted Raj Arora, the owner of Taj Villa, he suddenly claimed a 10% cancellation fee would apply. When I pointed out that this contradicted the policy on the booking voucher, he responded rudely, saying, "Lena hai le warna bhaag," and then blocked my number. I later heard from his staff that he would refund me but only after a delay, as he was unhappy with my inquiry.||In the end, Raj Arora refunded me 15 days after the cancellation, but with a 12% deduction, which goes against the booking terms. This experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend Taj Villa Agra to anyone. The behavior of the owner, Raj Arora, was unacceptable and unfair.

I stay on November unhappy about your service Staff at resturant and porter rude for asking tip even they not special. Service them just did them work and them want to more tip.in Room smell bad not clean and bath room very old could be renovation bath room and in room lot mosquito. I uncomfortable to be here.
