Zero Star ⭐ OR even better to say negative rating. VERY VERY DIRTY HOTEL and WARST STAFF. We booked through booking.com , which shows a rating of 8.3 with very good reviews. But when visited in person, were very much shocked to see the condition of the room. It was not suitable for a family stay. We didn't check in after seeing the rooms. We lost the booking amount too.

Rooms pics they share on booking website and Google are edited. In reality rooms are not good and also there no hot water, no geyser in room. Not recommended for family stay specially with kids and babies.

What a terrible place. We picked this as the lime tree hotel on booking.com. I believe it has multiple online profiles. Its basically a building site with dirty rooms and rude staff with an undertone of violence. If that’s your thing knock yourself out.

One of worst experience ever and manager is abusing on call. When we check in to the hotel we book 2 rooms but in 1 room aç was not working so one of their staff told us to adjust in one room and he put one extra mattress in the room but when we checked out then they charged us extra money. Also no facility was available in the room and washroom

Very poor hotel....shown something different....hotel different...also very bad rooms no cleaning...booking.com should immediately remove it

Good service by staff and location is also good. But the rooms and furniture look old and rusty. Our first room door lock was broken. Then we changed the room The second one was fine. But the water in Agra is very salty. So taking a shower was a little uummm you know what I mean over-all experience was good. And I'll visit again soon.

I booked this hotel for 1 night stay with family. I was booking on urgent basis so I solely went by reviews (which were good). Please don't go by reviews of this property. My experience: dirty room, more dirty bathroom, rusted pipes, knobs, no water when I first turned on the knob. After I asked, the guy said it will take 15 min to come. No hot water at night. Even in morning we had to ask for it then only they turned it on. No towel, no basic things like soap etc. Basically this hotel is not maintained at all.

Horrible stay. Had to book last minute in some emergency. Honestly I have never had such a bad experience my entire life. 1) No geyser in washroom. They say they will provide centrally heated water from 6:am to 11:00 am but the water is not at all warm. 2) The room is extremely dirty and very filthy. So is the furniture. It was all dirty. 3) Outside food is not allowed. And their food is not good at all. I paid 30 rupees for one chapati. Thought it would be good and up to the mark. However, it was too hard and hurt my mouth when I ate. Charging 30 rupees for butter tawa roti that too of this quality was very disappointing. 4) For two people, only one dinner plate was provided, and one bowl. Despite requesting two three times they paid no heed. Overall, i would not at all recommended this hotel to anyone.
