Rooms are clean and host natural is very nice he help me during my stay

Washroom and room are not at all clean. Blankets have a very bad smell. We need to change it twice. No toiletries provided by them. Towels also have bad smell and dirty spots. dustbin smells bad as it have paan and gutta spits. They never cleat it. Walls also have gutka spits. There are marks everywhere. Don't every book this hotel We had emergency so we have to spend a night there but further we are not gonna book this hotel. Worst hotel experience ever.

I remember few months ago i was in this hotel. First of all, owner is highly polite person you would see in agra. Their team treats you like family & best is that, they always value your presence. Staff behaviour: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Quality:5/5 Worth money: 5/5 If i ever gonna stay in Agra, this hotel will be my priority because it isn't hotel,its like family! Thanks to owner amazing behaviour!

Rama home stays is a pretty good place to stay with. The rooms are very neat and clean and the bathrooms are cleaner too. There are lush white bed sheets and the mattress are comfortable. The rooms are like a 3 star hotel. It's one of the best budget hotel with beautiful rooms. Breakfast is free when booked with OYO.

The people who work here have been very nice and helpful, everything was great except for the beds. Absolutely terrible omg. The HARDEST mattress I've ever slept on, might as well just sleep on some concrete it would probably feel the same. The matress has no give it's literally just a brick. Very nice staff but wouldnt recommend for that reason .

“NO Homestay “ would be more appropriate to describe the place. Unprofessional and non skilled staff. Drinking water in the rooms are given in open bottles. Geyser is not present in bathrooms since they have solar heaters but as because it was winters and foggy so no sun hence no warm water. Complimentary breakfast consists of bread omelette and juice as promised. When ordered the juice was omitted from the lost. By the time it reached the room only the omelette reached accompanied by cold coloured sugar water (read Tea) And all this from a Rs2800 room. Not to mention the filthy surrounding. BEST AVOIDED

Stay at Hotel Rama Homestay was disappointing.Some of the flaws are stated below- 1) Room service was bad.Telephone for calling reception was not functional and was not rectified even after doing complaint 2) Flush of Toilet was not working properly 3) Towel was not made available in room even after requesting several time 4) Complimentary Breakfast offered to us was not good Though person at reception was cooperative but it doesn't work during our stay. Overall experience was bad and I am disappointed as this is not of OYO kind.

Rooms are clean ,comfortable ,spacious and most important is in a budget of middle class people ...Staff is very familiar and helpful...Thanks hotel Rama grand and oyo for memorable stay in Agra...
