Terrible experience. Booked 4 rooms in advance through OYO but the hotel staff & manager at night denied to provide rooms saying there is electricity issue and told us for cancellation. whereas on reaching the place we found there was no such issues and asked us for double the money we at which we booked on OYO. They are greedy people don't ever book such hotels, better to stay away.

we not feel SAFE here, so we not stay here. this cheap company oyo not refunded committed money. my booking id was JOM85595. i book this for UPTET exam. so i am here on 27 November. NEVER book this hotel when you with your family. you never feel SAFE here. OYO is not good for users, this is totally fraud company. 101% cheap and the worst company in India for hotel booking. employee who do job in this company are FAKE, they committed you False promises in call, and alter booking they not able to delivery things. if you book any hotel, and due to safety purpose if you request OYO to change hotel than they not refund your first booking money. this is total fraud company. -digvijay

Rooms are good and can't believe the hotel services and booking this hotel on online makes hard to trust its booked or not ,so choose to pay in offline.

Made the call to hotel manager , he deny to check in because they don't accept Pre paid bookings from Oyo ...beware of such scams ...and kindly avoid such type of fraud hotels

Worst experience and worst staff ever seen and the owner is also very bad at the night they denied is to give our booked room saying that your booking has been cancelled and asking for more money rather than that of book amount....never go with such hotels.
