This hotel stay was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that the maintenance was severely lacking. The shower in the washroom was non-functional, and even worse, the flush was also not working. On top of that, the basin was clogged, adding to the inconvenience. The air conditioning unit in the room was also faulty, making the overall environment uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I encountered multiple disturbances during the night with random phone calls, and the front desk failed to provide any satisfactory response or assistance. I can only assume that they have a record of such complaints, which speaks volumes about their service quality. Although a technician was sent to our room to address the issues, they spent an extended period of time attempting to fix the problems without offering an alternative room. This lack of concern for our comfort added to the overall dissatisfaction of the experience. In summary, my stay at this hotel can only be described as a truly horrendous and unforgettable ordeal. The multitude of problems with the facilities, combined with the lack of response and appropriate action from the staff, left me deeply disappointed.

Friendly staff, everyone was always so helpful, from the spa, to reception, and the Concierge helping us arrange tours and transportation. Food was great too. There was always a nice variety. The room was very clean, as were the grounds and public areas. Loved the rooftop pool and Taj view.

Had one night to stay in agra just to visit the taj Mahal and I couldn't have stayed in a better hotel. It is moder and very clean. Friendly staff. The hotel room was big in comparison to other hotels. A big sofa and a working table with chair all strategically placed. Bed was comfortable and TV good sized and well placed. Well equipped mini bar. Bathroom was very clean and also had a bathtub. For dinner I ordered food and room servicr was quick and meal was hot. Breakfast buffet was lavish, no complaints. They even arrange taj Mahal tour with a guide. Will always chose this place if I come here again.

Absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast buffet was awesome and the rooftop bar and pool area is immaculate and beautiful. The staff were all so professional, helpful and friendly. The foyer is spotless and our room was so quiet and clean. The bed was so huge with white crisp sheets. Faultless and couldn't recommend it more

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had really bad experience. We were out and then room cleaning service staff has stolen the money from our wallet/suitcase. It was unbelievable. Pls be carefull if you going to this hotel, lock your luggage and dont leave any precious items in the room

We went on 10th October booked 2 rooms. Nice welcome by staff. Excellent service and location. Well behaved friendly staff. Manager Mr. JAY is very nice and humble and helpful person. We like his behavior. Food fresh and Excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were Excellent. Room service very good ,clean rooms.Hotel has perfect value of money. Overall great experience. Luxury stay. Value of money. We will visit again. Vinod kapor

The service was very good throughout the stay from the lobby to the rooftop. Manoj and Sandeep were very good waiter and chef at the rooftop grill. Good food however portions are big so don't order to much. Rooms were good but showed some age and damage. It was 97 deg at the rooftop at 9pm so be warned
