Never waste your money here. Go find another property nearby. You will book Hotel The Empire and they will give you room in Star of Taj(maybe somewhere else too like in my case). No Professional Services, No listening to anything from Staff. Will charge for a 50 rupees of RO filled opened water bottle. Note: Cross Check all the things physically before getting your money spent for a better and comfortable stay.

The worst place we’ve stayed in India. If you don’t mind an unclean room and bathroom, don’t mind cockroaches and inconsiderate management, if you don’t mind asking for a bucket with hot water to take a shower in the evening because hot water is only available during the early morning. Then, this place is for you. It’s in the middle of a loud area and lots of hustle and bustle.

Rooms were damp and stained. Curtains were never cleaned i guess. Bedsheet, cushion cover, pillow cover were very dirty, stained. Maintenance was not done properly. Staffs not professional at all. Geyser not working, no door mats near bathroom, room cleaning not done properly, dust bin not emptied without telling them to do so.

The worst of its kind places to stay. The staff was rude, they do not follow instructions. The lights went off because the owner didn't pay the bill. It was a nightmare to Book a place like this. The breakfast was horrible.

😠😠😠Very Pathetic and Extremely irritating Experience- Booked 'Treebo The Empire' through Easemytrip in one day advance, but hotel manager claimed no booking on their portal. After calling someone, he miraculously found my booking, but at another Treebo hotel! And he gave me Oyo room (not Treebo's property). Forced to travel to another hotel (Oyo room) in the evening (7-8 pm), only to face another shock. Treebo's support team asked me to shift hotels AGAIN at 9 pm, with my family! Can you believe it? And 4-5 calls continuously from Treebo's team to clear the messed up. Simply wasted my valuable time. No respect for customers' time or comfort. No confirmed bookings after ticket shows confirmed, no communication, and no empathy. Easemytrip and Treebo Hotels, your service is a disaster! Kindly look into this, this is a very serious matter. Warning to all: Avoid these booking platforms and hotels at all costs! The AC was not working properly, it was noisy . Otherwise the room was ok . An electric kettle in the room would have been good . The service at the restaurant is slow . The breakfast was of poor quality . The ambience of the restaurant is not good . I liked the receptionist lady , she always smiled while giving an answer .

Please don't visit this hotel bcoz they take the booking and once you visit the hotel they will provide you rooms in other hotel that is not treebo property. its approx 3 km from this hotel and no proper service there so i would suggest to book other treebo properties in other location.
