Nill🌟 Perfect Family Getaway in Agra! We had a lovely stay at Trident Hotel, Agra. The room was compact but perfect for our family of three — and for a family of four, we simply added an extra bed. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, was consistently delicious and always served on time. Evenings were a delight with engaging kids’ activities that our children absolutely loved. The pool was definitely the star of the show — right at the center of the resort and full of energy and fun. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made us feel completely at ease. The property itself is beautifully maintained and clean throughout. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing family vacation — highly recommended!

★★★★★We had a truly memorable stay at the property – a perfect blend of comfort, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality that made it a great experience for both kids and adults.||||Location:||The location is excellent – quiet, scenic, and easily accessible. It offers the ideal setting for a peaceful family retreat.||||Food:||The food throughout our stay was very good – consistently delicious and well presented. The only suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast spread, which felt a bit repetitive across days.||||Amenities & Property:||The property is exceptionally well maintained and designed to be inclusive – kids, adults, and elderly guests are all thoughtfully considered. From the expansive green lawns and outdoor play areas to the well-equipped kids club, everything felt safe, engaging, and enjoyable.||||Activities:||The evening programs were a particular highlight. Puppet shows, pottery workshops, and magic performances were not only well executed but also brought a sense of warmth and local charm to the experience.||||Service:||Service throughout our stay was outstanding. A special mention to Tara at the restaurant, whose warmth and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. She went out of her way to accommodate preferences and made us feel genuinely welcomed.||Other staff across the property were consistently courteous and proactive – it’s clear that hospitality is a core strength of the team here.||||Overall, we left with wonderful memories and would gladly return. Highly recommended for families seeking a mix of relaxation, activity, and high-quality service.

★★★★★Wonderful hospitality, great place. We recently had a staycation at trident(agra) bharat, Roshan ji, mehak, tara and remaining staff have been really wonderful and serve the customers beyond their capacity. We stayed here for 5 days the hygiene, food quality and services are excellent. Apart from that they are having many fun activities like pool, kathpootli show, Sarang learning, pottery making, magic show and bangles. Definitely our go to place for the next staycation

NillUndoubtedly the best hotel I’ve ever been to! There is a beautiful central courtyard surrounded by the 2-story lodging, consisting of small, cozy, and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely courteous and kind. Room service is excellent, and the chefs and waiters at the large restaurant gave a very personalized and kind attention to our every need. They made special gluten free sandwiches, gave us a tour of the kitchen (after having us wear appropriate health-code gear), and helped us decorate cupcakes. The outdoor pool is well kept and one can borrow floaties, goggles, trunks, and volleyballs from kiosk right beside it. Overall, the best, coziest, and greenest hotel with the kindest, most courteous and caring staff ever!

NillI recently stayed at your hotel in Room 269 on Saturday and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The bed in the room kept sliding apart throughout the night due to unlocked wheels, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I requested an extra bed, I was informed none were available. I had to resort to sleeping on a floor mattress. At breakfast, I asked for a sunny-side-up egg but was served half an omelet instead. The waffle I received was burnt. The mutton Nihari served was of extremely poor quality — quite honestly the worst I’ve ever had. During breakfast, one of the waiters even pushed my daughter, which was completely unacceptable. There was no assistance available at the buffet for guests with small children, making the experience even more stressful. It seemed like there were plenty of staff members present, but unfortunately, the management failed to ensure proper service and hospitality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from having a similarly poor experience. I would appreciate a response and some form of acknowledgment regarding this matter.

★★★★★The Trident hotel was the perfect choice for our1 night stay in Agra. We were met by the hotel vehicle at the train station on our arrival and it wasnice to sit in a luxury car with great air con!First impressions of the hotel were good -We had a security check on arrival and were greeted with a warm welcome, including a refreshing drink. The hotel was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. There was always someone polishing and wiping the main lobby. Our room had everything we needed, including a nice garden terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked like magic! We had dinner at the hotel and the standard andQuality of the food very good. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning, which was a buffet. You had the option to order off aMenu too, but we didn’t have time so can’t comment on this. They did serve the best English breakfast tea that we have had in India and a good coffee. Staff were attentive and work really hard. There was always someone available to help. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that, but it looked inviting and the grounds were well kept and added to the ambience. Would highly recommend this hotel -it ticks all the boxes and more!

★★★★★Our stay at Trident Agra was simply extraordinary. I must admit, I did not expect such remarkable hospitality. The hotel facilities are excellent: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean environments, a beautiful pool, as well as great shops and restaurants. However, the true highlight, without a doubt, was the outstanding service provided by the entire team.Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a traditional Indian welcome ritual, which immediately made us feel special. The check-in process was unique compared to all the five-star hotels I have ever visited. We were comfortably seated on a sofa while our information was registered. During this time, we were offered a delicious drink, and an extremely attentive staff member asked about our preferences, carefully recording everything on a tablet. Additionally, she escorted us to our room, while another staff member took care of our luggage.Breakfast was another highlight: a varied and high-quality menu. Once again, the service stood out. On the second day, a staff member showed great attention to detail by remembering the drink I ordered on the first day and asking if I would like it again. I have never experienced such personalized service at any other hotel.I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Tanashree, Deepti, and Grison for their exceptional service, which will be remembered as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a five-star hotel. I would also like to highlight Megh’s dedication, as she kept our room impeccably organized and well-supplied. Finally, I extend my gratitude to Mirza Aman, Maanya Arora, and Aditya Singh, who, although I did not meet them in person, promptly responded to my emails and were extremely helpful in addressing our questions and requests.Thank you very much to the entire team at Trident Agra for making our stay unforgettable.
