The bedding was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the amenities were great. Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. The room had a bathtub, which was a nice touch for relaxing. Breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety, but considering the price I paid, I was happy with the overall experience. It’s a well-maintained hotel that I’d be happy to stay at again.

🌟 Perfect Family Getaway in Agra! We had a lovely stay at Trident Hotel, Agra. The room was compact but perfect for our family of three — and for a family of four, we simply added an extra bed. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, was consistently delicious and always served on time. Evenings were a delight with engaging kids’ activities that our children absolutely loved. The pool was definitely the star of the show — right at the center of the resort and full of energy and fun. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made us feel completely at ease. The property itself is beautifully maintained and clean throughout. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing family vacation — highly recommended!

Undoubtedly the best hotel I’ve ever been to! There is a beautiful central courtyard surrounded by the 2-story lodging, consisting of small, cozy, and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely courteous and kind. Room service is excellent, and the chefs and waiters at the large restaurant gave a very personalized and kind attention to our every need. They made special gluten free sandwiches, gave us a tour of the kitchen (after having us wear appropriate health-code gear), and helped us decorate cupcakes. The outdoor pool is well kept and one can borrow floaties, goggles, trunks, and volleyballs from kiosk right beside it. Overall, the best, coziest, and greenest hotel with the kindest, most courteous and caring staff ever!

The hotel is beautiful and at nearby distance to all the destinations to visit in Agra. Rooms are good. Hotel is very clean. Swimming pool is good but usually full with people. Hotel has a very very huge property with a very big playground at back. Very green and environment friendly property. |Only suggestions- Make another pool.

Everything at the hotel was perfect—from the courteous staff and well-prepared rooms to the delicious food and overall comfort. The weather added to the charm, making our stay truly delightful. A special mention to General Manager Yuvraj Negi, Iqbal, and the talented Deepti Barai from the restaurant—her approach to guests was simply outstanding. Will surely visit again.

We recently stayed at the Trident Agra from July 5th to July 7th to celebrate a special occasion with our family. Unfortunately, our trip took a difficult turn when my father suffered a heart attack during our stay. Despite the distressing situation, the hotel staff went above and beyond, making us feel like family rather than just guests. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine care made a world of difference during an incredibly tough time for us.|| ||It’s rare to witness such a perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt support. Everyone, especially Yuvraj, Iqbal, Arnav, Harsh, and the cab driver (whose name I regret I didn't catch), treated us with warmth and empathy that we will never forget.
