Title: Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Review: Filthy rooms – unclean floors, dust everywhere, and an overall unhygienic feel. Worn-out mattresses – visible wear and tear, uncomfortable to sleep on. Bed bugs – caused itching and discomfort throughout the night. No control over AC – temperature was set by hotel staff, not guests. They had switched off the AC in the morning. Overall nightmare – even staying for one night was unbearable.

So I booked a room online with them. He gave me a call on the date and asked are you coming? I said yes, m on my way can take time but I will come, hold my room. They gave my room to someone else and told me that the room they have for me in that room ac is not working and so they are shifting me to some other property of theirs. I agreed and went to the other property which was a C grade cheap hotel with pathetic cleanliness and horrible rooms. The washroom was just like a train toilet. Rooms were dirty as they were never opened in years. Maintenance was zero. I called the manager of star of taj first he wasn't picking my call then he said 'sara din tumhara wait thode hi karta rahunga main'. I m adding the photos of the hotel he sent me to.

The rooms were ok. But i wouldn't recommend this hotel. Water facilities were very bad, no running water in the bathroom even after complaining. And even while sleeping at night someone kept on trying on the door knobs like trying to open it. As per my experience i would not book here again.

Worst experience with this Hotel, Rooms are dirty , Toilets are not having basic amenities, Rooms service is poorest , Smoking and drinking is common there. Save your money ,took sleep at railway station but don't go there

Rooms are not as they appear in the images. I'm not sure our sheets were even washed. There is dampness on the walls and hence the room smells damp. The staff were not friendly. Other guests that checked-in during the night were very noisy for half an hour (the staff did not stop them from being so)

Please don’t get into this hotel. Pathetic rooms, food worst, no hot water. Very unhygienic. People around drinking and smoking. No manners Also restrooms not even flushed when check in. Imagine how they are.

I came with my family here but this place was completely trash. Please don’t come to this hotel, no good service no water bottle also. Food is just awful it’s completely disgusting. Very bad. PLEASE DONT COME HERE 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Filthy rooms, bed bugs, fleas, and cockroaches. Indifferent reception staff. Do not support businesses like these. There are better hotels in the area.
