Hotel O ASA AGRA

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at one of your partnered hotels. I had booked a room through OYO with the booking ID: [VEA86776], for the check-in date of 30th [November]. However, right from the check-in, I faced numerous issues. The hotel staff demanded extra payment under the claim of taxes, which I reluctantly paid. Upon requesting to see the room, I found it next to a room where a loud birthday party was happening, with music playing at such high volume that it became unbearable for me, especially since I was accompanied by my wife and child. I requested a different room. The staff then showed me another room, but it had a strong unpleasant smell, and the ceiling had visible mold. This led to my child falling ill, which was extremely concerning. The next day, I was moved to yet another room, but upon using the shower, I discovered that the geyser was malfunctioning. When I informed the hotel staff, they suggested I use the bathroom in another room instead. Over the course of two days, I was moved to 5 different rooms, which is something I have never experienced in my extensive travels within India. I have traveled to numerous cities across India, but this experience with OYO was by far the most disappointing. The lack of proper facilities, cleanliness, and the overall inconvenience was unacceptable

It's very Bad hotel staff... recently Visite in hotel..I am book to this hotel few days ago but hotel staff refused my booking without information.Its very Bad service I already compliant to national consumer Court and legally action as soon as.

Nice stay for family . Taj Mahal so near from this hotel. and taxi is also available in this hotel and food quality. So good
